At 1:10 p.m., 89-year-old male found unresponsive in the 2600 block of Maher Avenue.

At 1:27 p.m., subject bleeding from assault in the 100 block of H Street.

At 1:30 p.m., multiple callers reported man yelling, going into hotels and yelling at staff in the 800 block of California State Highway 101.

At 2:20 p.m., caller reported syringes in the 800 block of 3rd Street.

At 2:52 p.m., caller in the 1500 block of Lake Street requested to speak with deputy regarding home invasion and stolen vehicle reported to California Highway Patrol.

At 3:12 p.m., caller reported accidental property damage on G Street.

At 3:32 p.m., caller reported difficulty breathing at Requa Boat Dock in Klamath.

At 3:34 p.m., staff reported subject yelling at a female then leaving. Requested deputy for civil standby if subject returned to the 2600 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 3:47 p.m., caller requested removal of subject from her house in the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 3:55 p.m., caller reported campfire alongside road near corner of Washington Boulevard and California State Highway 101.

At 4:37 p.m., caller reported subject took photo of her and her mother in their car in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 4:52 p.m., caller reported being assaulted and nearly stabbed in the 1000 block of Condor Street.

At 5:00 p.m., foot pursuit at the corner of Washington Boulevard and California Highway 101.

At 5:17 p.m., caller requested to speak with deputy regarding illegal dumping.

At 5:18 p.m., emergency room staff reported patient choked her in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 5:23 p.m., caller reported 85-year-old female with general pains in the 1500 block of Oliver Avenue.

At 5:29 p.m., caller requested removal of female sleeping near 600 block of M Street.

At 5:37 p.m., Oregon requested welfare check on female calling regarding assisted suicide in the 1500 block of California State Highway 101.

At 5:43 p.m., staff reported subject entered hotel room and then left in the 300 block of California State Highway 101.

At 5:44 p.m., caller reported former employee casing area in the 6700 block of California State Highway 101.

At 5:56 p.m., caller reported juvenile son ran away, then refused to get in her car in the 400 block of Bertsch Avenue.

At 6:14 p.m., caller reported neighbor pushing him around in the 200 block of Essex Street.

At 6:19 p.m., caller reported adult male in skatepark in the 500 block of 5th Street threatening juveniles.

At 7:01 p.m., caller reported packages delivered, then stolen from mailbox in the 500 block of Lauff Avenue.

7:18 p.m., caller reported vehicle broken down in driveway in the 900 block of Northcrest Drive with two males inside.

At 7:21 p.m., caller requested welfare check on subject stepping in front of traffic at the corner of Lake Earl Drive and Morehead Road.

At 7:35 p.m., caller reported purse taken from vehicle in the 900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 7:37 p.m., caller requested removal boyfriend from her house in the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 7:48 p.m., caller reported untended warming fire at South Beach.

At 8:07 p.m., caller requested removal of subjects setting up camp on her grandmother’s property in the 1200 block of California State Highway 101.

At 8:34 p.m., caller reported 86-year-old male with altered level of consciousness in the 300 block of Terwer Riffle Road.

At 8:42 p.m., caller reported female screaming and honking her horn at corner of Northcrest Drive and Oak Street.

At 9:12 p.m., caller reported she woke up to find she and her sister left alone in the 200 block of Maiden Lane.

At 9:30 p.m., multiple callers reported physical fight between four subjects in the 700 block of D Street.

At 9:39 p.m., caller reported subject outside yelling in the 1300 block of A Street.

At 11:22 p.m., caller reported possible prowler outside house in the 2200 block of State Road.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

At 12:11 a.m., caller reported hearing shots near the area of 2900 block of Alder Road.

At 12:49 a.m., vehicle check occurred at mouth of Smith River.

At 1:32 a.m., caller reported subject on a bike riding around business in the 1300 block of Northcrest Drive checking doors.

At 1:38 a.m., alarm in the 1100 block of Pebble Beach Drive.

At 3:56 a.m., caller requested to speak with officer for assistance in the 600 block of 5th Street.

At 6:41 a.m., possible propane leak at the corner of Elk Valley Road and Parkway Drive.

At 7:03 a.m., caller reported subject hitting car with a sledgehammer in the 100 block of Temple Street.

At 7:23 a.m., caller requested to speak with deputy regarding things being said about missing daughter on Facebook.

At 7:23 a.m., caller in the 3900 block of Wonder Stump Road reported being followed by vehicle.

At 8:12 a.m., caller reported bag taken from Panther Flat campground in Gasquet.

At 8:46 a.m., caller requested removal of subjects camping at corner of Washington Boulevard and California State Highway 101.

At 8:58 a.m., fire alarm in the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive.

9:05 a.m., staff reported subject sleeping in the 700 block of California State Highway 101 and yelling.

At 9:22 a.m., eviction notice posted in the 300 block of Keller Avenue.

At 9:34 a.m., caller reported gas siphoned from school bus in the 2200 block of Norris Avenue.

At 9:48 a.m., caller reported car broken into and $40 stolen on South Fork Road.

At 10:35 a.m., child playing with phone made two false 911 calls in the 900 block of Pine Grove Road.

At 10:43 a.m., caller reported boyfriend tried to pull keys from her car while she was driving in the 400 block of M Street.

At 10:54 a.m., caller reported receiving letter with white powder inside in the 200 block of Mathews Street.

At 10:58 a.m., caller reported wife recently had heart surgery and collapsed in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 11:30 a.m., apartment manager requested removal of two subjects not supposed to beion the 1000 block of Condor Street.

At 11:50 a.m., caller requested welfare check in the 200 block of Maiden Avenue claiming the mother has been fishing two weeks, leaving children alone.

At 12:19 p.m., vehicle crash between motorcycle and SUV in the 1100 block of Northcrest Avenue.

At 12:49 p.m., caller reported subject pulled in front of other drivers in the 1000 block of California State Highway 101.

At 12:54 p.m., 60-year-old female called with chest pain in the 2500 block of Norris Avenue.

At 1:12 p.m., caller reported barking dog in the 600 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 1:25 p.m., multiple callers requested welfare check on mother and daughter in the 2500 block of California State Highway 101.

At 1:27 p.m., multiple callers reported vehicle accident with unknown injuries in the 600 block of L Street.

At 1:33, caller reported female yelling and cursing on on Front Street.

At 2:13 p.m., caller reported two females fighting in the 3100 block of Lake Earl Drive.

At 2:35 p.m., caller reported two men yelling in the 1200 block of 2nd Street.

At 3:48 p.m., staff requested removal of subject panhandling in the 400 block of M Street.

 At 4:10 p.m., caller reported coworker bitten by dog in the 500 block of Modoc Street.

At 4:17 p.m., caller reported man trying to open vehicle using clothes hanger in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 4:25 p.m., caller reported child wandering the street and then hiding in a bush in the 99900 block of 9th Street.

 At 4:45 p.m., staff reported finding ID at the 600 block of 5th Street.

At 4:58 p.m., caller reported storage unit broken into and items stolen in the 1000 block of McNamara Road.

At 5:54 p.m., caller reported daughter intoxicated, acting violent and cutting her wrists in the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard.

At 6:03 p.m., staff requested removal of subject in vehicle acting threatening in the 4700 block of North Bank Road.

At 6:08 p.m., caller reported adult male at skatepark in the 500 block of 5th Street causing disturbance.

At 6:23 p.m., caller reported brother assaulted him in the 200 block of Audree Lane.

At 6:33 p.m., caller reported subject picking through remains Java Hut building in the 300 block of Fred Haight Drive.

At 6:50 p.m., 85-year-old female reported with possible stroke in the 1000 block of California State Highway 101.

At 6:55 p.m., caller reported child screaming for 30 minutes in the 1600 block of A Street.

At 7:09 p.m., caller requested removal and welfare check on female refusing to leave property in the 300 block of M Street.

At 7:29 p.m., multiple callers reported female running in traffic in the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 7:44 p.m., caller reported break-ins and drug activity in the 1500 block of California Street.

At 7:48 p.m., caller reported smoke at the corner of State Street and Humboldt Road.

At 8:05 p.m., caller reported subjects stealing products from store in the 1600 block of Parkway Drive.

At 8:28 p.m., caller reported girlfriend’s wallet stolen in the 10700 block of California State Highway 101.

At 8:35 p.m., waterline break in the 200 block of Skookum Avenue.

At 8:44 p.m., caller reported two subjects in verbal fight in the 300 block of M Street.

At 11:06 p.m., 76-year-old reported with severe headache in the 17500 block of California State Highway 101.

Wednesday, Sept. 11

At 12:08 a.m., caller reported subject in the 800 block of 3rd Street watching ATM and anyone using it.

At 12:42 a.m., possible heart attack reported in the 600 block of 5th Street.

At 12:55 a.m., caller reported subject driving around harbor and possibly drinking in the 100 block of Citizens Dock Road.

At 1:44 a.m., caller reported subject running in front of vehicles at the corner of Lake Earl Drive and Angell Lane.

At 2:09 a.m., caller reported female requesting assistance with male refusing to leave van in the 100 block of Citizens Dock Road.

At 2:13 a.m., disabled vehicle in the roadway at corner of Lake Earl Drive and Standard Vaneer Road.

At 3:42 a.m., 82-year-old female with high blood pressure was reported dizzy, sweaty and shaky in the 100 block of Redwood Drive.

At 4:31 a.m., caller reported bike stolen off back of camper in the 4200 block of California State Highway 101.

At 5:55 a.m., janitor’s set off alarm in the 500 block of 1st Street.

At 6:29 a.m., staff said guest reported motorcycle vandalized in parking lot in the 100 block of Walton Street.

At 6:36 a.m., caller requested welfare check on brother in the 1600 block of Monroe Avenue.

At 6:39 a.m., caller reported subject not allowed in restaurant in the 1200 block of 5th Street.

At 7:51 a.m., staff requested removal of former employee in store drinking, causing a disturbance in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 7:55 a.m., multiple callers reported subject circling vehicles at stoplight in the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 8:14 a.m., garage alarm in the 200 block of Acacia Drive.

At 8:25 a.m., 93-year-old female reported sick in the 800 block of Cooper Avenue.

At 8:37 a.m., caller reported he saw juvenile with stolen bike in the 4200 block of California State Highway 101.

At 9:31 a.m., caller reported subjects in verbal altercation in vehicle.

At 9:36 a.m., caller reported subject walking in road in the 99900 block of Howe Drive.

At 9:47 a.m., caller reported subjects burning plastic in yard in the 2400 block of Leclair Avenue.

At 9:50 a.m., caller reported elderly subject missing jewelry in the 2400 block of Railroad Avenue.

At 11:07 a.m., Parks in Humboldt reported vehicle fled from units.

At 11:21 a.m., caller reported two subjects smoking marijuana at storefront in the 900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 11:24 a.m., resident with gastrointestinal bleeding and hypotension reported in the 1200 block of Marshall Street.

At 11:25 a.m., caller reported subject maybe broke into a vehicle in the 200 block of California State Highway 101.

At 11:38 a.m., caller reported storage-unit break-in in the 1200 block of McNamara Road.
