Lynn’s Hope House of New Beginnings is faith-based transitional housing for women leaving jail or prison and returning to the community. We apply biblical principles to help women transition back into the community and achieve self-supportive living.

We believe that everyone deserves a new beginning despite what one may have done or been through. At Lynn’s Hope House of New Beginnings, every woman will be treated with dignity and respect, while they are assisted in being empowered to change. We can accommodate six women who can stay six months to one year in the program.

We are now open and are looking for volunteers to work various shifts (8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 4 p.m. to midnight and midnight to 8 a.m). Please contact us for more information at 707-218-4239 and visit our website at to learn more about us, view photos of the inside of the house and access our donate button to donate finances.

We could also use the support of businesses, organizations and individuals financially as well as donations of hygiene products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, women’s personal hygiene products, combs, brushes, etc.

Our second used lawn mower has died and has been sent out to pasture, so we could use another lawn mower and a good vacuum cleaner right now.

Our mission is to help women achieve self-supportive living as well as give hope and encouragement to follow a new path while transforming lives and renewing hope.

Our vision is to reduce recidivism and improve the quality of life and safety in Del Norte County while transforming lives and renewing hope.

Again we are open and doing business. Call to schedule a tour or drop off donations, 707-218-4239.

To every individual, business or organization that has donated money, services or items to Lynn’s Hope House of New Beginnings, we truly thank you for your support.
