Criminal Convictions

Pia Cheng, 34, of Eureka, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,264.

Zachary Michael Lynn Davis, 32, of Eureka, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274.

Janie Ann French, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandalism over $400, sentenced to jail for five days, probation for three years and a fine of $220.

John Romeo Huitt-Lopez, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of felony second-degree burglary, sentenced to prison for 16 months and a fine of $1,641.

Shane Thomas Hunsucker, 47, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 20 days.

Alyssa Marie Morton, 23, or Crescent City, was convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630. Morton was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 20 days.
