James Steven Freniere, 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole, and sentenced to jail for 180 days.

Joseph Desmond Gartand III, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for five days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864. Gartland was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for five days.

Loren Billy Goldsmith, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Corey Stephen Higgins, 29, of Grants Pass, was convicted of driving without a license, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Christopher John Howard, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary with two probation violations, sentenced to prison for four years and a fine of $240.

Char Bethea Jones, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Erin Elizabeth Kelley, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $150.

Istrina Jeanette Larson, 47, of Crescent City, was convicted of unlawful possession of instruments or paraphernalia, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $150. Larson was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Jaime Gonzalez Lopez, 51, of Smith River, was convicted of obstructing an officer or resisting an executive officer, sentenced to jail for 276 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Torrence Rae Miller, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of two counts of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 80 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,876.

Sukev Nagra, 51, of Auburn, Washington, was convicted of making a false entry in a log book, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $695.

Joseph Robert Nicolls, 23, of Mountain View, California, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Dylan Joseph Nova, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of offering for sale or transport an illegal substance, sentenced to jail for three years and a fine of $2,502. Nova was also convicted of three counts of violating community supervision, and sentenced to jail for 530 days.

Donald James Polson, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,454. Polson was also convicted of two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

David Christopher Poole, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $150.

Devin Marshall Richterich, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Jeremiah Jack Swain, 25, of Beaverton, Oregon, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Raul Lopez Velazques, 32, of Modesto, California, was convicted of violating probation on an original charge of transporting for sale, and had a sentence of jail for three years and mandatory supervision for six years upgraded to jail for nine years and a fine of $300.

Robert Steven Webb, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of reckless driving and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,531.
