Bruce Alan Cassidy, 66, of Las Vegas, was convicted of taking fish in a marine protected area, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,000.

Levi Jesse Cochran, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of discharging fireworks likely to injure, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Steven Robert Cooke, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of refusing to obey a police officer, and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,928. Cooke was also convicted of two counts of violating probation. and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Robert Anthony Dale, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of receiving stolen property, sentenced to jail for one year with four months’ supervision and a fine of $370.

William Buckley Davis, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Blaine Allen Dawson, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Kodi Elainna Downs, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of corporal punishment to a child, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Eroyln Jeanne Duchi, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Jon Leroy Erickson, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon, sentenced to jail for 140 days, probation for three years and a fine of $370.

Robert Ryan Freeman, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a spouse or cohabitant, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $920.

Shawn Robert Frillman, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating post-release community supervision, and sentenced to jail for 180 days.

Bryan Kristian Grant, 50, of Harbor, was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants with a high blood alcohol level, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Anthony Eugene Green, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 72 days.

Fernando Eugene Green, 31, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Caleb Charone Jones, 19, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Frank James Love, II, 58, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $876.

Santee Lee Martin, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Kerry Dean McFarland, 25, of Alberta, Canada, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Christopher Scott Moore, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of felony threaten crime with intent to terrorize, sentenced to prison for 16 months and a fine of $1,600.

Christian Alexis Puente-Reynaga, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of reckless driving, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Joshua Allen Slette, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior offense, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for four years and a fine of $2,602. Slette was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Jacob Evan Teller, 31, of Grants Pass, was convicted of public intoxication, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $630.

Chue Choas Vang, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of reckless driving, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.
