July 9  through  July 15

Christopher Leon Buchanan, 22, of Redding, was convicted of resists, delays or obstructs and was sentenced to one year of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,264.

Steven Mathew Corbera, 34, of Fortuna, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,274.

Leona Maria Delapena, 38, of Ukiah, was convicted of DUI with a prior offense and was sentenced to four years of probation, 15 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

Alana Lynn Garcia, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Jared Samuel Holmes, 25, of Eagle Point, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864

Devon Wayne Huffman, 29, of Klamath, was convicted of assault on a person with a firearm and was sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of $370.

Steven Garrett Jaye . 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Clayton Anthony Karaffa, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and with original sentence for assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily harm. He is now facing three years in prison and a fine of $370.

Rachael Lynn Khamphouvong, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with above .15 blood alcohol level and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Shawn Martin Kienitz, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of             battery on person, serious bodily injury and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to four years in jail/local prison and a fine of $370.

Todd Abram Lindsey, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Jesus Miguel Manso, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of contact with minor with sexual intent and was sentenced to two years of probation, 180 days in jail and a fine of $1,200.

Steven Wayne Markel, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a prior offense and driving on suspended license and was sentenced to four years of probation, 19 days in jail and a fine of $3,297.

Anthony Ocampo, 55, of Healdsburg, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 296 days in jail and a fine of $150.

Hannah Marie Rivers, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving without a license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,274.

Tabetha Lynn Rhodes, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of conspiracy and possession of ammunition be and ex-felon and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370. In a second case, she was convicted of violating probation three times and was sentenced to eight months in prison. In a third case, she was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to three years in prison.

Gilberto Bernal Sandoval, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating a domestic violence court order and was sentenced to three years of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $920.

Ian Anthony Slater, 43, of Dunsmuir, was convicted of possession of deer out of season and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $561.

Cameron Charles Stout, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of arson on property and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to one year in jail.
