Bobby Eugean Banks, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of dissuading a witness from testifying, sentenced to jail for 270 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600. Banks was also convicted of battery on a spouse/cohabitant and disobeying terms of a written court order and sentenced to jail for 270 days and a fine of $990.

Steven Michael Brooks, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 35 days.

Tammy Lanette Carr, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, sentenced to jail for 596 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Janie Ann French, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandalism, sentenced to jail for five days, probation for three years and a fine of $220.

April Rosalie Garcia, 37, of Bakersfield, Calif., was convicted of unlawful possession of instrument/paraphernalia, sentenced to jail for one day, probation for one year and a fine of $871.

Andrew Garcia, 32, of San Jose, was convicted of the transport/sale/furnishing of a controlled substance and possession of ammunition by a felon, sentenced to jail for one day, probation for five years and a fine of $1,875.

Jeffrey Clair Gatlin, 50, a transient, was convicted of kidnapping, sentenced to prison for eight years and a fine of $1,600.

Brandy Soshone Mendoza, 40, of Klamath, was convicted of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for one day, probation for three years and a fine of $671.

Ellrod Lyle Moon, 24, of Hoopa, Calif., was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for one day, probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Devin Jarrett Ritter, 37, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days.

Fallon Jane Scalera, 37, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation, sentenced jail for two years and a fine of $300.

Joseph Richard Scott, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and sentenced to jail for 180.

Rachel Erin Tromble, 30, was convicted of first-degree burglary, sentenced to prison for four years and a fine of $1,341.

Allen Dean Vess, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of fleeing an officer/alcohol related reckless driving, sentenced to jail for 188 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,540. Vess was also convicted of violating probation and fined $150.
