Jose Aguilar Chavez, 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor battery on a non-cohabiting spouse, sentenced to jail for 16 days, probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Crystal Ann Aldrich, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 45 days.

Gillian Sheila Boldt, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for five days.

Darrin Nicholas Bolshakoff, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor receiving stolen property, and resisting arrest, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $1,110. Bolshakoff was also convicted of misdemeanor petty theft, and two counts of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 360 days, and fines of $671 and $1,110.

Jeffrey Lynn Brent, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of felony false imprisonment by violence, assault by force likely to cause great bodily injury, attempted death threat, and two counts of cruelty to a child by endangerment, sentenced to prison for five years and a fine of $1,880.

Rachelle Pauline Brittain, 50, of Smith River, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Dennis Carl Brown, 48, of Orangevale, California, was convicted of misdemeanor violating a domestic violence court order, sentenced to jail for 13 days, probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Eugeen Allen Clark, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274. Clark was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Dylan Earl Davis, 24, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 60 days.

Oscar Allen Davis, 64, of Eureka, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Donald Word Downard, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with five priors, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $4,002.

Jacklyn Leanna Engelsma, 29, of Smith River, was convicted of misdemeanor unlawful use of an electronic tracking device, sentenced to jail for three days, probation for two years and a fine of $630.

Jonathan Bruce Gibson, 29, of Grants Pass, was convicted of misdemeanor burglary, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,231. Gibson was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 24 days and a fine of $630.

Marina Rose Graham, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,874. Graham was also convicted of two counts of driving on a suspended license, and one count of possession, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $4,604.

Devon Wayne Huffman, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of two counts of violating parole, and sentenced to jail for 60 days.

Lisa Jaylynn Hubbell, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving without a license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $634.

Darren Dean Lassle, 56, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a high blood-alcohol level, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

William Growling Bear McKinney, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Debra Ruth Musch, 64, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor possession, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $876.

Israel David Navarro, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of three counts of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 45 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1.890.

Aaron Matthew Nichols, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, sentenced to jail for three days, probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Sara Jane Pulse, 55, of Hoopa, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Frank Joseph Ramos, 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor violating a domestic violence court order, and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $3,232.

Konner Edward Ridgway, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of felony burglary enhanced by a prior, sentenced to prison for 16 months and a fine of $1,641. Ridgway was also convicted of two counts of felony failure to appear in court enhanced by priors, sentenced to prison for 32 months and a fine of $3,282.

Troy Christopher Tucker, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Kyle David Waltrip, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation twice, so an original sentence for conspiracy was imposed with jail for three years and a fine of $300.

Kathy Avis Whipple, 60, of Smith River, was convicted of violating parole, and sentenced to jail for five days.

Steven Laray Willet, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $3,107. Willet was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Thomas Lee Anthony Williams, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 80 days, probation for six years and a fine of $4,876.
