Katelyn Ann Marie Aguirre, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Crystal Ann Aldrich, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 60 days.

Delila Lynn Caul, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $671. Caul was also convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Richard Wayne Choat, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole, and sentenced to jail for 160 days.

Megan Patricia Clifford-Bassett, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of resisting/obstructing an officer, and unlawful possession of an instrument or paraphernalia, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $1,547. Clifford-Bassett was also convicted on two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Jeremiah Daniel Cooke, 20, or Brookings, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,500.

Ted Allen Fallgren, 62, of Smith River, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for 19 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

David Gregory Fulton, 54, of Brookings, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Nicholes Brice Haas, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening with intent to terrorize, sentenced to prison for two years and a fine of $370.

Forrest Larry Hixson, 57, of Redding, was convicted of fishing in a marine protected area, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Joshua Garrett Huber, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $1,864. Huber was also convicted on two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 450 days.

Clayton Anthony Karaffa, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of assault by means of force, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Rudy Edward Lopez, 31, of Brookings, was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Dennis Eugene Lowery, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $2,774. Lowery was also convicted on two counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 240 days and a fine of $300.

Donald Bruce McArthur, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Samuel Charles McEwen-Hendrickson, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $671.

Dennis William McMahon, 65, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Orlando Andrew Orona, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving without a license, and no insurance, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $1,533. Orona was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $630.

James Mark Rogers, II, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Daniel Lewis Phillips, 34, of Smith River, was convicted on two counts of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $2,149. Phillips was also convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $150.

Hailee Elayne Sutherland, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Richard Newman Wilson, 56, of Crescent City, was convicted of littering near a waterway, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $890.

William Edward Schumack, II, of Hornbrook, Oregon, was convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving, sentenced to prison for two years and a fine of $4,470. Schumack was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to prison for two years and a fine of $1,600.
