Wednesday, Dec. 4 

At 12:47 p.m., caller reported a vehicle backed into his vehicle in the parking lot of the 900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 12:55 p.m., caller reported her garage was broken into and a riding lawn mower, power washer, tools and other items were taken from the 1900 block of Howlan Hill Road. 

At 1:36 p.m., caller reported her son swung a knife at her boyfriend on the 9800 block of U.S. Highway 199. 

At 1:38 p.m., caller reported multiple subjects were in a fight that was becoming physical on the 300 block of Bradford Street. 

At 1:39 p.m., caller reported landlord attempting to force entry into the residence to make repairs on the 800 block of Butte Street. 

At 1:56 p.m., caller reported known subject sent her a threatening letter on the 1200 block of Pacific Avenue. 

At 2:06 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject who was acting strangely and walking down the road, on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Summer Lane, in scrubs with a hospital band on. 

At 2:18 p.m., caller reported her niece’s fiancee pushed and shoved her and tore apart the house on Middle Fork Gasquet Road. 

At 2:25 p.m., caller reported reckless driver speeding and swerving in and out of traffic on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 2:32 p.m., caller reported subject appeared to be trying to hit a female with a vehicle, but female ran behind a building, on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive. 
At 3:28 p.m., caller reported her friend was missing from the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. 

At 4:12 p.m., caller reported a physical altercation occurred in the parking lot on the 600 block of L Street. Subject was possibly pushed out of vehicle and attacked by other subjects. 

At 4:25 p.m., caller reported subject driving fast and recklessly 

At 4:32 p.m., caller reported his residence was broken into on the 2200 block of Lagoon Avenue. 

At 5:20 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject who had been staying with him on the 500 block of Pacific Avenue.  

At 6:22 p.m., caller reported a male subject in the smoke shop was being rude to him on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 6:55 p.m., staff reported a male subject stated he was afraid to go home and had been at the restaurant on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101 for several days. 

At 7:26 p.m., staff stated a male and female subject left the store with items on the 600 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 7:57 p.m., caller reported a suspicious vehicle had been parked in the area on the 800 block of Butte Street for several hours.  

At 8:53 p.m., caller reported someone had been tampering with her mailbox on the 2400 block of Tony Road Road 

At 9:22 p.m. caller reported they had one female in custody for shoplifting on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

 
Thursday, Dec. 5 

At 12:19 a.m., caller reported a male subject attempted to get her into his vehicle then left the area on the 800 block of El Dorado Street. 

At 12:50 a.m., hotel staff requested extra patrol due to an unknown subject staying in the parking lot making staff feel uncomfortable on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101.  

At 1:58 p.m., caller reported his backpack was stolen from the 2500 block of Howland Hill Road.  

At 2:38 a.m., caller reported a male subject throwing rocks at his vehicle and house, and assaulted someone, on the 800 block of Endert Street. 
At 4:31 a.m., caller reported his toolbox on his truck had been gone through and some items were missing on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101.  

At 6:51 a.m., caller reported damage to her door and locks and it appeared subject was trying to break into the house on the 400 block of 7th Street. 

At 7:58 a.m., caller reported catching a subject going through her vehicle on the 300 block of Meridian Street.  

At 11:10 a.m., caller reported her property owner stole her cat from the 1400 block of Boulder Road. and dropped it off at the harbor. 

At 12:02 p.m., caller reported someone staying in a house that was supposed to be vacant on the 1700 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 1:05 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject that was yelling at customers and staff on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.  

At 1:20 p.m., caller reported her vehicle was broken into sometime the night before on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 1:44 p.m., caller reported juveniles jumping off of the roof of the restroom on the 1000 block of Play Street. 

At 2:17 p.m., caller reported FedEx driver making threats towards them on the 600 block of Tsunami Lane. 

At 4:10 p.m., caller reported audio equipment stolen from his vehicle on the 1500 block of Parkway Drive.  

At 4:32 p.m., caller reported subject trying to steal bikes off vehicles in the parking lot of the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 6:19 p.m., structure fire on the 1100 block of Keller Avenue. 

At 8:02 p.m., caller reported her neighbors fed her chickens, painted their nails and pulled out their feathers on the 1500 block of Macken Avenue. 

At 8:18 p.m., caller reported her roommate was takin the door off her room and moving her property to the 100 block of Nadine Lane. 

At 9:23 p.m., caller requested documentation that she was being harassed on Facebook by two females on the 700 block of Ready Avenue. 
At 10:17 p.m., caller reported male subject left the store with a sandwich and a bottle of alcohol on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

 

Friday, Dec. 6 

At 3:50 a.m., caller reported a male subject was driving very strangely and asking for a hospital and stated he was beaten up on the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 4:09 a.m., caller requested extra patrol due to a male subject attempting to open her door on the 1200 block of Harrold Street. 

At 7:17 a.m., staff reported subject in the emergency room who stated he was assaulted in Cave Junction. 

At 8:52 a.m., caller reported her husband who tried to set her house on fire was back at the residence on the 1100 block of Keller Avenue. 

At 10:06 a.m., caller reported two subjects under his residence on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 10:22 a.m., caller reported known subject had his trailer with his belongings inside and was selling his belongings to other people on the 200 block of Bear Hollow Road. 

At 10:57 a.m., caller reported two subjects were trespassing on his property on the 1300 block of Harrold Street. 

At 11:02 a.m., caller reported subject walking the trails on the 100 block of Waldo Street with a gun on Coolidge Avenue. 

At 11:07 a.m., caller reported his mother as missing from Klamath.
