At 2:34 p.m., caller reported ongoing trespassing issue on the 600 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 4:03 p.m., caller requested welfare check on a neighbor on the 400 block of Terwer Riffle Road who was screaming at her dogs and has ongoing mental health concerns.

At 5:00 p.m., caller reported her neighbor asked her to call because his car was stolen on the 1000 block of Condor Street.

At 5:32 p.m., caller reported known subject stole sporting goods and automotive merchandise from the store on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard and fled into the wooded area.

At 5:44 p.m., caller reported 85-year-old female on the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101 in full body pain; staff advised she may be under the influence of drugs.

At 5:53 p.m., caller reported 83-year-old female who fell on the 200 block of Salmon Harbor Road.

At 6:01 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject on the 400 block of Hoover Avenue.

At 7:03 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject who had come back to a residence on the 400 block of Hoover Avenue.

At 7:24 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject who was no longer supposed to be on the 1500 block of Summer Park Court.

At 7:58 p.m., caller reported that a van had been parked on the side of the road on the 100 block of Third Street for three days.

At 7:58 p.m., caller reported her brother and mother in an altercation on the 100 block of Douglas Park Drive.

At 8:17 p.m., caller reported his ex-girlfriend was not allowing him to leave the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 8:29 p.m., caller reported she was threatened on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 8:55 p.m., caller reported subjects had been revving their engine on the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 101 for the last few nights.

At 10:16 p.m., caller reported his front door was open when he returned home on the 400 block of Hoover Avenue.

At 11:22 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject who was possibly intoxicated and causing a disturbance on the 1000 block of J Street.

Thursday, Dec. 19

At 2:48 a.m., caller reported a 76-year-old vomiting on the 200 block of Leif Circle.

At 2:49 a.m., caller reported a 64-year-old with abdominal pain on the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive.

At 3:50 a.m., caller reported she could hear subjects prowling on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 5:13 a.m., caller reported hearing shots on the 200 block of Waldo Street.

At 8:41 a.m., caller reported school bus’s gas lines were cut and gas was siphoned on the 2200 block of Norris Avenue.

At 8:56 a.m., caller reported a student was assaulted by another student at the school on the 2500 block of Elk Valley Cross Road.

At 10:15 a.m. animal control requested agency assist for animal seizure on the 6400 block of Kings Valley Road.

At 10:57 a.m., caller reported a subject walking around with a hammer, waving it around and throwing it at the ground, on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 11:05 a.m., caller reported a subject sleeping in the entryway of the business on the 400 block of Vance Avenue and refusing to move.

At 11:08 a.m., caller reported an 88-year-old female who fell in the parking lot on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard and was bleeding from the nose.

At 11:14 a.m., caller reported a male subject beating a female subject on the side of the road on the corner of Old Mill Road and Dayton Road.

At 11:19 a.m., caller reported her daughter called stating a subject was knocking on the door on the 200 block of Kim Way. When the caller arrived at the residence, the subject stepped out of the brush.

At 11:38 a.m., caller reported fraudulent charges on his home equity line of credit.

At 12:35 p.m., caller reported a 51-year-old male with dizziness and possible blood pressure issues on the corner of U.S. Highway 199 and U.S. Highway 197.

At 12:41 p.m., caller reported subject punched them in the face three times on the 1500 block of Del Mar Road. Caller was on oxygen and was having difficulty breathing.

At 12:44 p.m., caller reported he was assaulted by his girlfriend at the store parking lot on the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 1:24 p.m., caller reported money was deposited into her bank account fraudulently.

At 1:29 p.m., caller reported an elderly male who fell and was having difficulty breathing on the 100 block of Kasey Court.

At 1:32 p.m., caller reported neighbor’s gate was wide open on the 100 block of Sultan Creek Road, but the neighbor was not home. Caller did not know who was at the residence.

At 1:40 p.m., caller reported she dropped child off at father’s residence on the 800 block of Endert Street per custody order, but subjects at the residence were intoxicated.

At 1:51 p.m., school staff reported parent made a threat towards an eighth-grade student on the 500 block of First Street.

At 2:09 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on her grandchildren on the 600 block of Fourth Street of whom caller has custody. Grandchildren were pulled out of school for sickness and the parents were not answering calls.

At 2:21 p.m., caller reported subject on security camera appeared to be trying to take her dog on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 2:36 p.m., caller reported her phone was hacked into and personal information was stolen.

At 2:58 p.m., caller reported ongoing verbal domestic fight with her boyfriend. She requested his removal from the 1000 block of Butte Street.

At 3:04 p.m., caller reported intoxicated male fell in a field on the 1200 block of Douglas Street.

At 3:05 p.m., caller reported subject in the room next to him being loud, throwing and breaking items on the 600 block of L Street.

At 3:29 p.m., behavioral health reported they received a call from a crisis line in Arizona for a subject making suicidal statements on the 6700 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 3:50 p.m., caller reported the window of her truck was broken out and her purse was stolen on the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 3:55 p.m., California Highway Patrol requested agency assist for subject standing in the roadway on the corner of Lake Earl Drive and Boulder Avenue.

At 4:07 p.m., caller reported the door to one of the storage units was kicked in on the 200 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 4:14 p.m., caller reported tree down on a sparking power line on the 5000 block of Kings Valley Road.

At 4:55 p.m., caller reported disabled motorhome blocking traffic on the corner of Cooper Avenue and U.S. Highway 101.

At 5:16 p.m., caller reported subject refused to let her out of the parking lot claiming she had her child in the car on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 5:19 p.m., caller reported subject stole several items from the store on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 5:21 p.m., caller reported known subject was trying to get into his girlfriend’s residence and caused a disturbance outside on the 200 block of Indra Street.

At 5:20 p.m., caller reported his daughter left her grandchildren with him and had not returned and was not answering calls on the 12400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 5:43 p.m., caller reported her son causing a disturbance and attempting to run away from the 100 block of Breakwater Drive.

At 5:57 p.m., caller reported subject who she and her children have a restraining order against was in the gym on the 900 block of G Street.

At 6:11 p.m., staff requested a removal of a female who threw things at a store on the 300 block of M Street.

At 6:39 p.m., caller reported she allowed someone to borrow her TV and now they were trying to give it away for free on the 400 block of Amador Street.

At 6:53 p.m., caller reported a suspicious male subject was on a bike on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 6:54 p.m., caller reported a sparking power pole on the corner of Wonder Stump Road and Marciel Lane.

At 7:40 p.m., caller reported she was assaulted a couple of days ago on the corner of Old Mill Road and Northcrest Drive.

At 7:54 p.m., caller reported she heard one shot, possibly from a high-caliber gun, on the 17500 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 8:35 p.m., caller reported a 67-year-old male complaining of dizziness on the 400 block of Terwer Riffle Road.

At 9:03 p.m., caller reported a 72-year-old female complaining of chest and back pains on the 1700 block of Alexandria Way.

At 9:13 p.m., caller reported an 80-year-old female with difficulty breathing on the 800 block of C Street.

At 9:47 p.m., caller reported a known juvenile was harassing him and his daughter on the 700 block of Modoc Street.

At 9:55 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject who made a suicidal statement on Facebook.

At 10:07 p.m., caller reported her ex broke a window to her house on the 800 block of B Street.

At 10:27 p.m., caller reported his niece missing from the 700 block of Oak Road.

At 10:36 p.m., caller reported he believed someone tried to break into his home on the 2400 block of Elk Valley Cross Road because he heard his doorknob jingle, but did not see anyone.

At 11:03 p.m., caller requested the removal of her brother who was intoxicated and refusing to leave on the 1500 block of Oregon Street.

At 11:23 p.m., caller reported a 9-month-old male with difficulty breathing on the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard.

At 11:50 p.m., caller reported a male subject was messing with a generator on the corner of Washington Boulevard and California Street.

At 11:59 p.m., caller reported a dog tied up on a porch causing other dogs to bark on the 300 block of Fred Haight Drive.

Friday, Dec. 20

At 12:15 a.m., caller requested a welfare check for someone who may be sleeping or passed out in a vehicle on the 400 block of M Street.

At 12:29 a.m., staff reported they had a wallet that was left there on the 1200 block of Fifth Street.

At 12:42 a.m., caller reported a female complaining of chest pains on the 15500 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 1:37 p.m., emergency room staff reported a subject came in with wounds from an assault on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 1:44 p.m., caller requested the removal of his child’s mother on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 5:49 a.m., hotel requested the removal of a male and female arguing with each other on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 7:14 a.m., caller reported an elderly female with general illness, weakness and difficulty walking on the 200 block of Seventh Street.

At 8:53 a.m., caller reported her residence was broken into, window broken out and unknown if anyone was inside on the 1300 block of Oregon Street.

At 9:44 a.m., Humboldt Child Welfare Services reported two runaway juveniles at the facility on the 500 block of Harding Avenue.

At 9:46 a.m., Child Welfare Services requested assistance in attempting to locate a runaway juvenile.

At 9:50 a.m., staff requested assistance for customer who did not have money to pay his bill on the 1200 block of Fifth Street.

At 9:53 p.m., caller reported multiple subjects at his residence who were not allowed to be there on the 400 block of Hoover Avenue.

At 10:20 a.m., caller reported a phone company van had been parked in her parking lot with a subject sleeping inside on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 10:36 a.m., caller reported her husband was sending her messages stating he was going to hang himself.

At 11:40 a.m., caller reported subject who appeared to be under the influence and refusing to leave on the 1200 block of Ninth Street.

At 11:47 a.m., Child Welfare Services reported juvenile fled from staff on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 12:00 p.m., staff reported subject sleeping behind the store refusing to leave on the 700 block of L Street.

At 12:05 p.m., caller reported student drove to school without a driver’s license on the 400 block of Harding Street.

At 12:13 p.m., caller reported his vehicle was broken into, stereo stolen and ignition damaged on the Myrtle Beach Turnout.

At 12:16 p.m., caller reported subject broke into the camper and stole a led flatscreen on the 3200 block of U.S. Highway 199.

At 12:53 p.m., caller reported a 64-year-old with dizziness and general weakness on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 1:29 p.m., staff reported subject stole items from the store and fled on the 600 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 2:20 p.m., caller reported subject looking into vehicles as he walked by on the corner of Madison Avenue and Annandale Court.

At 2:57 p.m., caller reported finding a set of keys on Citizens Dock Road.

At 3:22 p.m., caller reported finding an encampment near his residence and believed it could be associated with a recent burglary on the 2500 block of Old Mill Road.

At 3:24 p.m., caller requested to speak with an officer regarding juveniles not allowing them to use the park on the 500 block of Fifth Street.
