Friday, Feb. 21, continued: 

At 12:03 p.m., caller reported suspicious subject on the corner of Loren Avenue and South Bank Road. 

At 12:09 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on his children on the 100 block of Kerby Street after receiving a concerning text message from their mother. 

At 12:13 p.m., caller reported a diamond ring lost or stolen at the Rural Human Services food bank on the 200 block of M Street. 

At 12:58 p.m., caller reported her residence on the 400 block of Butte Street was into and multiple items were missing. 

At 2:24 p.m., caller reported parked vehicle blocking entrance to the parking lot on the 900 block of H Street. 

At 2:28 p.m., caller reported grandson broke into the residence on the 2400 block of Kelly Avenue. 

At 2:47 p.m., caller reported receiving a text from someone who stated they had her card that she was expecting in the mail. Caller believed the subject stole it. 

At 3:04 p.m., caller reported hearing a woman screaming for help and yelling, “Stop it,” on the 400 block of Cooper Avenue. 

At 3:15 p.m., multiple callers reported smoke coming from the wooded area by the store on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 3:41 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on subject on the 2600 block of Washington Boulevard who appeared confused. 

At 4:39 p.m., caller reported subject she has a restraining order against has been contacting her.  

At 5:31 p.m., caller reported neighbor children were in a physical altercation with her children on the 1000 block of Condor Street. 

At 6:18 p.m., caller reported a very intoxicated male was walking and stumbling on the 1300 block of El Dorado Street. 

At 6:34 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on someone who had been sitting in one spot on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101 all day. 

At 6:39 p.m., staff requested removal of a male subject refusing to leave the 2300 block of Howland Hill Road. 

At 8:50 p.m., emergency room staff reported a patient came in on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard with wounds from an assault. 

At 9:23 p.m., caller reported he could hear a male screaming by milepost 5 on U.S. Highway 199 in Hiouchi. 

At 9:58 p.m., caller reported friends she came to this state with possible stole money from her on the 300 block of M Street. 

At 10;03 p.m., caller reported she heard a gunshot on the 300 block of Harding Avenue. 

At 10:05 p.m., caller reported he saw a dark vehicle driving recklessly on the 500 block of Ninth Street. 

At 10:26 p.m., structure fire on the 300 block of Hill Street. 

Saturday, Feb. 22: 

At 12:06 a.m., caller reported two people were fighting on the 1000 block of Condor Street. 

At 12:19 a.m., caller reported she could hear banging on a trash can on the 200 block of Glenn Street. 

At 12:23 a.m., caller reported his neighbor had a machine on at the 100 block of H Street and it was annoying him, and caller requested an officer to have him turn it off.  

At 12:27 a.m., caller reported her son was walking and making suicidal statements on teh 2500 block of Howland Hill Road. 

At 1:55 a.m., caller reported a male subject was walking in the roadway on the 1200 block of Front Street with no shirt on.  

At 2:29 a.m., caller reported her husband was intoxicated and preventing her from leaving the 300 block of Winter Lane. 

At 3:16 a.m., caller reported someone was in the house on the 300 block of Hill Street that was on fire earlier. 

At 5:54 a.m., caller reported her ex-boyfriend broke her windshield with a rock on the 300 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 7:57 a.m., caller requested civil standby for child custody exchange on the 2000 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 8:03 a.m., caller reported multiple items stolen from the back of her pickup truck in the parking lot on the 100 block of A Street. 

At 9:11 a.m., caller reported subject fell on the sidewalk on the 100 block of Essex Street and was not moving. 

At 9:30 a.m., caller reported her vehicle was broken into in the parking lot on the 1000 block of A Street. 

At 9:40 a.m., caller reported subject was knocking on her door on the 400 block of Childs Avenue knocking on her door claiming their stolen iPad was at the caller’s residence. 

At 10:56 a.m., caller reported subject throwing bottles into the parking lot on the 1200 block of Marshall Street. 

At 11:00 a.m., caller requested to speak with a deputy regarding a registered sex offender subject who was at his residence on the 2600 block of Roy Avenue with minors present. 

At 11:34 a.m., caller reported neighbor who had a restraining order against them was playing their music loudly next door on the 1000 block of Condor Street. 

At 11:49 a.m., caller reported tools stolen out of the toolbox in the back of his vehicle in a parking lot on the 600 block of U.S. Highway 101.  

At 12:18 p.m., caller reported drunk subject trying to get into a vehicle to drive on the 1000 block of Ninth Street. 

At 12:39 p.m., caller reported smoke coming from the tree line on the 99900 block of Tell Boulevard. 

At 12:48 p.m., caller reported lock cut and storage unit on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road had been emptied. Caller was unable to reach the owner. 

At 3:17 p.m., caller reported ongoing issue with subjects riding dirt bikes on his property on the 100 block of Laguna Street. 

At 3:56 p.m., caller reported possible burglary tools left behind her trailer on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 4:32 p.m., caller reported neighbor who he had a restraining order against was making threats towards him on the 1100 block of Oregon Street. 

At 5:42 p.m., caller reported subjects in a vehicle stuck behind the gate on the milepost marker 22 on U.S. Highway 101. 

At 5:43 p.m., caller reported subjects were physically fighting inside the residence on the 500 block of Butte Street. 

At 5:54 p.m., caller reported large burn pile at the residence on the 700 block of Ferndale Lane. 

At 5:55 p.m., caller reported he backed into a support beam for the shed on the 700  block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 6:08 p.m., caller requested removal of a male subject lying on the ground on the 100 block of Citizens Dock Road refusing to leave. 

At 6:33 p.m., caller reported a large unsupervised burn pile on the 200 block of Maiden Lane. 

At 6:40 p.m., caller reported three fires seen on Morehead Road. Fort Dick Fire Dept. advised those were controlled permitted burn piles. 

At 7:18 p.m., caller requested welfare check on his friend on the 800 block of B Street who had not returned any of his calls. 

At 7:27 p.m., caller reported she could hear a female subject screaming on the 1600 block of El Monte Road. 

At 8:02 p.m., caller reported male subject lying on the ground on the 1000 block of Condor Street holding his head and unable to get up. 

At 8:48 p.m., caller reported two juvenile males purposefully knocked down a display and took off running on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 9:14 p.m., caller reported possible fire in the wooded area on the corner of Purdy Lane and Lake Earl Drive. 

At 9:47 p.m., California Highway Patrol requested assist with traffic stop on the corner of Howland Hill Road and Temple Street.  

At 9:53 p.m., caller reported they had a subject detained for shoplifting on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 10:05 p.m., caller reported he left his phone at the casino on the 2500 block of Howland Hill Road.  

Sunday, Feb. 23: 

 

At 1:25 a.m., caller reported he was on the four lane southbound on U.S. Highway 101 at high rates of speed. Driver was self-transporting his girlfriend to the hospital. 

At 1:45 a.m., caller reported there were three subjects roaming around with flashlights in a field where elk graze on the U.S. Highway 101 and Humboldt Road.  

At 8:28 a.m., caller reported his landlord kept shutting off utilities to his apartment on the 100 block of N Street. 

At 8:35 am., caller requested the removal of some campers that were refusing to pay on the 3400 block of Cunningham Lane. 

At 9:48 a.m., caller reported he heard his neighbor abused his dog on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 9:53 a.m., caller reported a subject was at the vacant residence on the 700 block of Pine Grove Road and he told her he inherited the house. 

At 11:17 a.m., caller reported someone broke out the back window to his pickup truck on the 88800 block of Howe Drive. 

At 12:36 p.m., caller reported his older brother attacked him with a chair and punched him in the face on the 4100 block of Lake Earl Drive. 

At 1:41 p.m., caller reported his house was broken into and stole all of his tools on the 2800 block of Elk Valley Cross Road. 

At 2:38 p.m., caller reported a reckless driver on the corner of Fifth and L Street. Vehicle was speeding and changing lanes unsafe. 

At 4:08 p.m., caller reported he found some items in his front yard on the 100 block of Condor Street. 

At 4:31 p.m., caller reported a possible impaired driver on the 1100 block of J Street. 

At 4:49 p.m., caller reported two vehicles on the beach driving recklessly on the corner of South Beach and Anchor Way. 

4:57 p.m., caller reported a subject came to the store one the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive, left his son at the store and then came back to get him. The son stated his father was drunk. 

At 5:55 p.m., caller reported her medication was stolen out of her purse on the 600 block of Pacific Avenue. 

At 7:27 p.m., caller reported his son was making psychologically unsafe comments and was armed with a knife on the 400 block of Childs Avenue. 

At 7:40 p.m., caller requested an officer to talk to a subject who was peeing behind their business on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101 to see if the subject could be removed.  

At 7:44 p.m., caller reported there was a baby stroller and a car seat on the sidewalk in front of the apartments on the 500 block of Pacific Avenue. 

At 8:17 p.m., caller reported a football sized object on fire in the middle of the roadway on the corner of W Madison Avenue and Northcrest Drive. 

At 8:24 p.m., caller reported there were two subjects walking on the side of the roadway on U.S. Highway 199 and was afraid they may have been in an accident.  

At 9:07 p.m., caller reported his neighbors were playing loud music on the 100 block of Condor Street. 

At 9:10 p.m., caller reported her adult daughter was intoxicated and throwing things around the house on the 700 block of J Street. 

At 9:16 p.m., caller reported there were subjects chopping down trees across the street from his house on the 200 block of Iowa Street.  

At 10:22 p.m., caller reported he was a runaway juvenile and would like to be turned over to Child Protection Services on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 10:55 p.m., caller reported she heard someone in her closet on the 1100 block of Harrold Street. 

At 11:20 p.m., caller reported his mother was assaulted by his brother on the 500 block of Inyo Street.  

Monday, Feb 24: 

At 12:20 a.m., caller reported her brother and sister were in a public fight on the 300 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 12:21 a.m., caller reported one of their residents left the facility and had yet to return to the 1200 block of Marshall Street. 

At 12:49 a.m., caller reported a female subject was yelling and screaming at employees on the 400 block of M Street. 

At 8:47 a.m., caller reported two subjects were in a vehicle drinking beer on the 400 block of Harding Boulevard. 

At 9:14 a.m., caller reported her ex came to her house on the 2000 block of Northcrest Drive to pick up a vest even though she had made other arrangements to get to him.  

At 9:59 a.m., caller reported a subject was chasing him around front Street in a silver pickup. 

At 10:02 a.m., caller reported her phone and coin purse were stolen on the 13900 block of U.S. Highway 199. 

At 10:11 a.m., caller reported the business on the 300 block of M Street was open but no one was inside. 

At 10:20 a.m., caller reported his girlfriend was in an altercation with her sister over property at the house she used to live in on the Middle Forke Gasquet Road. 

At 10:29 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on her niece on the 600 block of Elk Valley Road. Caller had third-hand information that the juvenile was abandoned by her mother and was living at a drug house. 

At 10:53 a.m., caller reported a student showed up at school on the 200 block of Washington Boulevard and said he had stolen the bike he was riding but changed his story several times. 

At 10:57 a.m., caller reported a chainsaw was stolen out of the back of his truck last Wednesday. 

At 11:19 a.m., caller reported someone broke one of the windows on the 100 block of Butte Street. 

At 1:27 p.m., caller reported someone slashed one of his tires sometime during the night on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 1:28 p.m., caller reported a large sum of money was taken from her bank account on the 200 block of Seaview Circle. 

At 1:42 p.m., caller reported a student brought a large knife to school on the 2500 block of Elk Valley Cross Road. 

At 2:19 p.m., caller reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole several items on the 200 block of Elk Valley Road.  

At 4:58 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on his girlfriend who was at her ex’s house on the 400 block of Del Norte Street grabbing belongings. 

At 5:24 p.m., caller reported a subject jumped into traffic on the 500 block of L Street, possibly in a fight with someone. 

At 5:28 p.m., caller reported he ran into a dog while he was driving on the 1400 block of Breen Street and the dog owner yelled at him. 

At 6:02 p.m., caller reported an intoxicated male subject sitting in the back of a truck bed on Anchor Way. 

At 7:02 p.m., caller reported someone was on her property on the 200 block of Darby Street. 

At 7:34 p.m., caller reported subject was shooting bottle rockets across the street on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 8:16 p.m., juvenile caller reported his mother was being hit by her boyfriend on the 1000 block of Condor Street. 

At 8:38 p.m., California Highway Patrol reported a loose German shepherd running around in and out of the roadway on the corner of Fourth and B Street. 

At 10:00 p.m., caller reported she could hear her elderly male neighbor yelling for help on the 500 block of J Street. 

At 10:26 p.m., caller reported his landlord kept coming over and shutting off his power on the 100 block of N Street. 

At 10:40 p.m., Curry County reported a possible psychologically unstable subject at the casino on the 300 block of Indian Road. 

At 11:47 p.m., caller reported she could hear a woman screaming for help on Cooper Avenue. 

Tuesday, Feb. 25: 

At 12:10 a.m., caller reported a male transient in the dumpster throwing trash everywhere on the 400 block of M Street. 

At 1:49 a.m., caller reported there was a welfare check subject in the casino on the 300 block of Indian Road. 

At 6:35 a.m., caller reported some transients were using the shower on the 900 block of Sunset Circle. 

At 8:13 a.m., caller requested the removal of a motorhome on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 8:13 a.m., caller reported someone damaged his fence on the 300 block of Del Norte Street. 

At 10:34 a.m., caller reported she received a text from her song that stated he put a bag over his head on the 400 block of J Street. 

At 11:01 a.m., caller reported there was evidence of someone staying in a home on the 200 block of Fifth Street that was supposed to be empty.  

At 11:15 a.m., caller reported a subject was walking down the sidewalk yelling on the 1000  block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 11:38 a.m., caller reported that he witnessed someone breaking into his neighbor’s house. 

At 11:58 a.m., caller reported she was being harassed by her landlord on the 700 block of Ninth Street.
