The Acton Children’s Business Fair was held on Saturday, November 26, at the VFW Hall, 810 H Street, Crescent City.
At the fair, 10 booths with 12 local young entrepreneurs sold products such as jewelry, hair scrunchies, slime, lotions, bath salts, holiday creations, resin art, paracord bracelets and rice crispy treats.
Four of the booths sold products in the previous Acton Children’s Business Fair held in June. Improvements in presentation and marketing were observed. 60 people came out to support this event.
One booth, Jadzia’s Rice Crispy Treats, sold out.
Awards were earned for Most Original Booth, Highest Business Potential and Best Presentation for ages 6-7, 8-10 & 11-12. No 13–14-year-olds were in attendance.
