Blood donors sought in Curry County

The American Red Cross is seeking donors of all blood types, especially platelet donors and those with type O blood, to ensure a stable supply for patients.

Appointments can be made by visiting RedCrossBlood.org. or calling 1-800-733-2767. Donation dates and locations are:

12:30-6 p.m. Oct. 28: Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 820 Old County Rd., Brookings.

9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 29: Star of the Sea Catholic Church.

1-6    p.m. Oct. 30: Curry Showcase at the Curry County Fairgrounds, 29392 Ellensburg Ave., Gold Beach
