The Crescent City/Del Norte Chamber of Commerce held their Annual Awards Dinner at Lucky 7 Event Center last Saturday, January 20.
184 community and business leaders attended the event which was emceed by Kevin Hawkins of Alder Point Real Estate. The highlight of the night was the presentation to Debra Stover of Del Norte Office Supply of the Lifetime Achievement award, presented by Kevin Hartwick, to a standing ovation.
The award winners were:
• Lifetime Achievement – Debra Stover, owner of Del Norte Office Supply (presented by Kevin Hartwick, CBH)
• Business Leader of the Year – Kevin Findlay, Hiouchi Café & Hiouchi Motel
• Business of the Year – Potter Real Estate
• Del Norte Pride – City of Crescent City (presented by the Del Norte Triplicate)
• Community Volunteer of the Year – Mary Dorman, State Farm Insurance
• New Business of the Year – Paragon Coffeehouse
• Non-Profit of the Year – Humane Society of Del Norte
• Resiliency Business of the Year – Englund Marine
• Chamber Volunteer of the Year – Mike Johnson
