• Cathy Cecelia Hicks, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.
• Christopher Leon Nelson, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
• Rolando Angelo Palmerin, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
• Shawntay Lynne Richards, 45, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation, thereby incurring the original sentence imposed for the charge of threatening crime with intennt to terrorize and was sentenced to 16 months in prison and a fine of $300.
• Eric Wallace Smith, 36, ofMalin, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
