The condemned eyesore medical office building at 200 A St will soon be a welcomed vacant lot. Court Receiver Griswold law firm reports the concrete slab foundation and walkways will be removed, effective immediately and all overgrown weeds will be removed.
The final process is expected be completed by mid-August, according to Jamie Eberhardt of Griswold Law firm. This long, arduous journey to remove this nuisance property building will soon be complete.

No plans have been announced for the future development of the soon-to-be vacant lot next to the Ocean Front Lodge.
