Everyone is invited to join Building Healthy Communities Del Norte and Tribal Lands for a virtual celebration of the tireless efforts of community partners, organizations and residents that, in the last 10 years, have made Del Norte a more inclusive and healthier region for all.

The online celebration — a simultaneous Zoom webinar and live stream on Facebook — is scheduled for 5 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13. It will feature the premiere screening of a professional documentary that highlights stories of BHC’s many partner-driven BHC initiatives. Guests will also hear from BHC’s founding members and the individuals and organizations impacted by the work, and what’s happening next!

The work of BHC is part of a 10-year, statewide initiative funded by The California Endowment that in Del Norte has address early childhood literacy, youth resiliency, community organizing, local health careers, nonprofit capacity and food security.

To attend the celebration, Zoom webinar guests are encouraged to RSVP by filling out the registration form at: bit.ly/bhccelebration. The celebration will also be live streamed on BHC’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/bhcdnatl.
