Developer Akki Patel and his LRE Development arm, pending decent weather, hope to open this store within seven months. Chipotle is dynamically growing with 457 stores in California and approximately 3,200 stores across the country, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and France. The Chipotle menu offers drive through or in-dining opportunity.
When open, its menu selection includes five main categories: Bowls, Burritos, Quesadillas, Salads and Tacos. A vegetarian menu is also offered.
Founded in 1993 in Colorado, the Chipotle logo was named after the Aztec Nahuatl language of central Mexico and translates to smoked jalapeño Chile.
