Del Norte County Counsel Joel Campbell-Blair has submitted his resignation, effective January 5. The county's top legal advisor served the county for almost a decade, the last four years as County Counsel. Campbell-Blair announced he will be a assuming the position of Deputy County Counsel for Humboldt County.
The Board accepted Campbell-Blair's resignation, opened recruitment for County Counsel and appointed Jacqueline Roberts as interim County Counsel, effective January 8.
