Briannon Fraley of Crescent City has been appointed Tribal Advisor at the California Public Utility Commission. Fraley was the North American Indigenous Right Relations Director at the Nature Conservancy from 2022-2024. She was Director of Government Relations, City of Portland, from 2021-22 and Fraley was the Self-Governance of the Tolowa Dee-ni Nation from 2012-2020.
The Governor Newsom-appointee will be compensated $145,944 per year.
Fraley is a Democrat.
