• Steven Joseph Caicedo, 36, of Gasquet, was convicted of lewd matter to a minor and was sentenced to 270 days in jail and a fine of $1,190.
• James Dixon, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandalism and was sentenced to one year of probation, 13 days in jail and a fine of $630. In a second case, he was convicted of vandalism and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $220.
• William Dee Dillard, 41, of Smith River, was convicted of first degree burglary and was sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of $370.
• Andreath Shane Hurd, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of failure to appear while on bail with a special allegation of a prior strike and was sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of $370.
• Byung Su Kim, 47, a transient, was convicted of conspiracy and vandalism over $400 and was sentenced to two years in jail and a fine of $10,000. In a second case, Kim was convicted of failure to appear while on bail and was sentenced to two years in jail.
• Tyler Charles Morin, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and fines of $2,904.
• Johnny Elloy Navarro, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a narcotic and unlawful possession of instrument/paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine $1,602.
• Christopher Graham Pedersen, 53, of Albany, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.
• Orlando Raigoza Pinedo, 59, of Willows, was convicted of DUI and was sentence to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• Skyler Wayne Stewart, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, causing the original sentence to be imposed for corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to five years n prison and a fine of $300.
• James Lorin Tavel, 35, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.
