• Ronald Craig Berry, 59, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a firearm by felon with a special allegation of a prior strike and was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of $370. In a second case, he was convicted of violating parole and was sentence to 180 days in jail.
• Andrew Albert Steven Carroll, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating of community supervision and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Emanuel Antanee Freeman, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary and was sentenced to 16 months in prison and a fine of $370.
• Jonathon Brandon Gokey, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
• Jacob Michael Dial, 43, of Redding, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.
• Joshua Christian Perez, 27, of Eagle Point, Oregon, was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon other than firearm, and was sentenced to one year of probation, 33 days in jail and a fine of $630.
• Michael Shawn Smith, 47, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 29 days in jail and a fine of $920.
• Lyle Andrew Wise, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
