• Marvin Emery Burr, 63, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with above .15 blood alcohol level and was sentenced to four years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• Robert Andrew Collard, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of felony burglary and vandalism and was sentenced to two years in jail and a fine of $440. In a second case, he was convicted of possession of ammunition by an ex-felon and was sentenced to 365 days in jail. In a third case, he was convicted of failure to appear in court and was sentenced to six months in jail.
• Santos Galdino Flores, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of unlawful detention, concealment (child stealing) and was sentenced to three years in jail and a fine of $370.
• Christopher Michael Macfarland, 39, of Smith River, was convicted of possession of child pornography, possession/control of child pornography with an enhancement of two serious or violent previous felony convictions and was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison and a fine of $440.
• Nicholas Lee Maraganis, 38, of Klamath, was convicted of corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and a fine of $920. In two separate additional cases, he was convicted of resists, delays or obstructs and driving on a suspended license and was sentence to 120 days in jail and fines of $2,084.
• Jeffrey Elvin Powers, 71, of Willow Creek, was convicted of DUI with prior and was sentenced to four years of probation, 15 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.
• Jose Clicerio Ramirez-Hernandez, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with above .15 blood alcohol level and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail an a fine of $1,864.
• Antoine Roberson, 36, of Brookings, Oregon was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon and discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent manner and was sentenced to 16 months in jail and a fine of $1,000.
• Matthew Anthony Taylor, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary in the second degree and was sentenced to 16 months in jail and a fine of $370.
