• James L.C. Crofton, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to 16 months in prison and a fine of $370.
• Patrick Gevert Dixon, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving with a prior and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $833.
• Dominique Marie DeGarcia, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• Manuel Perez Escalera Jr., 25, of Klamath, was convicted of DUI with above .15 percent blood alcohol and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• David Joshua Fleming, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary and was sentenced to 16 months in jail and was given a fine of $370.
In a second case, he was convicted of DUI alcohol and/or drugs and was sentenced to six months in jail and a fine of $1,864. In a third case, he was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 125 days in jail.
• Justin Troy Mello, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of failure to appear in court and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $630.
• Genaro Soto Monjaras, 29, a transient, was convicted of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and a fine of $370.
• Donald Lee Morris, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with above .15 percent blood alcohol and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• Michael Wayne Navrkal, 58, of Klamath, was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 100 days in jail.
• Natalie Marie Newton, 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of elder or dependent adult abuse and was sentenced to three years of probation, 120 days in jail and a fine of $920.
• Xavier Noel Pastrana, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to 84 days in jail and a fine of $920.
• Martin Lincoln Pounds, 63, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• David Jay Randall, 41, of Selma, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
• Ryan Anthony Wainscott, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of causing fire of structure/forest land and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a fine of $220.
