Amanda Briney, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of criminal death threat and was sentenced to one year of probation, 205 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Johnny Ray Carroll, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $2,559.

Alicia LeeAnne Charles, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Jeremy Wayne Chissie, 34, of Eureka, was convicted of DUI and resists, delays or obstructs and was sentenced to three years of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,494.

Angela Rene Fisher, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with blood alcohol .15 or higher causing injury and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370. In a second case, she was convicted of violating probation three times and was sentenced to 240 days in jail.

Patrick Blair Gallacher, 54, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $2,274.

Carlos GarciaCarranza, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Jonathon Brandon Gokey, 20, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and annoying telephone calls and was sentenced to two years in jail and a fine of $1,260. In a second case, he was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Samuel Phillip Harms, 58, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Taylor William McCoy, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $671.

Daniel Patrick Milunich, 67, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Cody Miles, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Sarah Beth Raper, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery and battery on a peace officer and was sentenced to three years of probation, 12 days in jail and a fine of $990.

Ryan Allen Rettke, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of contempt of court and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Leon Lorn Tuttle, 57, of Klamath, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,274.
