Criminal Convictions

The following report of criminal convictions between Jan. 4 and Jan. 8 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County.

Madeleine Grace Ballou, 22, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to five days in jail.

Christopher Eric Bergamini, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal punishment on a spouse or cohabitant and two counts of violating probation and sentenced to 90 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Roseanna Ruby Billings, 41, of Hoopa, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to five days in jail.

Jessicah Renee Carlson, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving and was sentenced to 365 days in jail and a fine of $4,175.

Edwin Earl Eisele, 51, of Smith River, was convicted of inflicting corporal punishment on a spouse or cohabitant and vandalism-damage to property not belonging to suspect and was sentenced to three years of probation, 72 days in jail and a fine of $1,441.

Dylan Andrew Hall, 26, of Smith River, was convicted of violating parole and sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Shane Thomas Hunsucker, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation so his original sentence was imposed for prevent/dissuade a witness of victim by force and will spend three years in prison.

PRISON

Megan Jean Lambson, 36, Crescent City, was convicted of being an accessary and receiving stolen property and was sentenced to one year of probation, 180 days in jail and a fine of $1,110.

Kimberly Nicole Mattz, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Jody Allen Nole, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of a lewd act upon a child and sentenced to eight years in prison and a fine of $370

Steven Michael Shoemaker, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Evan Blair Waggoner, 36, of Pocahontas, Arkansas was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

James Larry Wood, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of metal knuckles, battery on a spouse of cohabitant, vandalism and violating probation and was sentenced to three years of probation, 32 days in jail and a fine of $1,921.
