Criminal Convictions

Eli Butch Bighead, 18, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and was sentenced to one year of probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $770.

Benjamin Richard William, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of fleeing an officer-reckless driving with a violent felony enhancement, burglary with a prior strike enhancement and possession of a firearm by a felon with two violent felony convictions enhancement and was sentenced to six years in prison and fines of $1,110.

Robert Wayne Martinez Jr., 37, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of escape from custody after felony conviction and possession of a controlled substance for sale with possession of a deadly weapon enhancement and was sentenced to six years in prison and fines of $870.
