• Tyler Duran Crabb, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of contempt of court and violating probation and was sentenced to 270 days in jail and fined $780.
• Rebecca Don Litton, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation causing her sentence to be imposed for crime of inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of $300.
• Monica Planatscher Burrows, 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.
• Juan Carlos Sandoval, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating a domestic violence court order and was sentenced to three yearsof probation, 60 days in jail an a fine of $920. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation three times and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and a fine of $150.
• Jonathan Joe Simpson, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of a probation violation resulting in original sentence to be imposed for charge of assault by means of force an inflicting corporal injury and was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of $300. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation resulting in original sentence to be imposed for the charge of hit and run resulting in injury and was sentenced to eight months in prison and a fine of $300.
