In second and third cases, he was convicted of driving without a license and was sentenced to one years of probation, one day in jail and fine of $299.
• Tiannah Mercedes Ruvalcaba, 27, of Weott, was convicted of DUI with prior withing 10 years and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to four years of probation, 90 days in jail and a fine of $2,672.
• Trevor Davis Sands, 33, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, was convicted of driving on a suspended license for previously refusing to take a chemical test and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $2,125.
• Theresa Ann Webb, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $833.
