Criminal Convictions

 April 2  through  April 8

 James Steven Freniere, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 135 days in jail.

Rameses Ulysses Hernandez, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted a violating probation four times and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Jessica Sue Mathieson, 35, of Crescent City,  was convicted of defrauding an inn keeper by non-payment and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Shannon Deanne Stewart, 48, of Bandon, Ore., was convicted of DUI with a prior and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to four years of probation, 25 days in jail and a fine of $4,678.

AJ George Wheeler, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of public intoxication, unauthorized entry into dwelling/house (two counts), resists, delays or obstructs and theft/larceny (two counts and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fines of $3,562.

Robert Maurice Wheeler, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon and ciolating community supervision and was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of $370.
