Julio Cordero Barraza, 56, of Smith River, was convicted of driving without a license and giving false information to an officer and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $1,264.

Davon Dante Cleaver, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864. In a second case, he was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Chandler Alan Charles Dodd, 25, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Micah Severence Jacobs, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, failure to appear and violating probation and was sentenced to one year of probation, 15 days in jail and fines of $2.084.

Raymond Lee Scudder, 20, of Crescent City, was convicted of hit and run with property damage and drving without a license and was sentenced to one year of probation, five days in jail and a fine of $2,542.

Douglas Alan Smith, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of giving false information to officer and fleeing police officer and was sentenced to one year of probation, 45 days in jail and a fine of $2,755.

Ler Xiong, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary in the second degree (two charges) and was sentenced to three years and eight months in jail and a fine of $440.
