William Henry Bommelyn, 60, of Smith River, was convicted of DUI with a prior and violating probation and sentenced to four years of probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

Seth Harlan Bauer, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of transient violation of registration law, resists, delays or obstructs and violating probation and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and a fine of $360.

Paul Lawrence Fisher, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of knuckles and resists, delays or obstructs and was sentenced to two years in jail (local prison) and a fine of $440.

Julian Francis Lane Jr., 61, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
