Carl Andre Benion, 55, of Harvey, La., was convicted of contact with a minor with intent to commit a sexual act and was sentence to three years in prison and a fine of $370.

Steven Michael Brooks, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Nicole Gail Clevenger, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless riving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Joshua Daniel Defender, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal punishment on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of $920. In a second case, he was convicted of contempt of court by violating a protective order and was sentenced to three years of probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Colton John Hackett, 29, of Fortuna, was convicted of DUI with a prior offense and was sentenced to four years of probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

Vaughn Randal Lamb, 67, of Eureka, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Antonio Allen Lawton, 57, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandlism, defacement, damage, destruction of more than $50,000 and was sentenced to one year and four months in prison and a fine of $370. In a second case, he was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 180 days in prison and a $300 fine.

Jon Peter Montonen, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation an a fine of $833. In a second case, he was convicted of failure to appear in court and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $205.

John Paul Pepple, 43, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted of battery on spouse/cohabitant, contempt of court by violating a protective order and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a fine $1,110.

Daniel Lewis Phillips, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/unlawful driving/taking of vehicle with a special allegation or prior strike and was sentence to 32 months in prison and a fine of $370.

Gregory Alan Readen, 32, of Klamath, was convicted of DUI with prior and blood alcohol above .15 and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to four years of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $2,822.

Wesley Andrew Reed, 39, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted of fleeing officer/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $1,454.

Christian Alexander Schroeder, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation three times and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Bryce Daniel Scott, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of hit and run and was sentenced to one year of probation, 15 days in jail and a fine of $1,305.

Britney Lee Strom, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Bert Edward Taylor, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of $370.
