Court Convictions

April 16  through  April 22

Heather Sue Arnold, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court and was sentenced to one year of probation, five days in jail and fines of $ 2,577.

Seth Harlan Bauer, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of transient’s violation of registration law and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $300.

Ronald Craig Berry, 57, of Fort Dick, was convicted of two cases violating parole and was sentenced                 120 days jail.

Jennifer Lynne Burleigh, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a prior conviction and violating probations and was sentenced to four years of probation, 90 days in jail and fines of $3,150.

Hugh Alexander Campbell, 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of false declaration of candidacy and was sentenced to two years of probation, two days in jail and a fine $1,600.

Jimmy Dale Center, 62, of Smith River, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and two counts of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 20 days jail and fines of $5,559.

David Anthony Deitrick, 42, of Central Point, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Dylan Farfan, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a prior conviction and was sentenced to four years of probation, 15 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

Jacob Randall Flanagan, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $671.

Emanuel Antanee Freeman, 26, of Crescent City, of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

Jerry Daniel Griffith, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with three priors and was sentenced to one year of probation, 90 days in jail and a fine of $3,102.

Shawntay Lynne Richards, 44, of Smith River, was convicted of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to two year of probation, 305 days in jail and a fine of $370.
