The Girl Scouts of Northern California released its 2024 Impact Report highlighting how girl Scouts are building leadership skills through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), outdoor adventures and entrepreneurship.
14,894 Girl Scouts over 19 Nor Cal counties, including Del Norte sold over $3.7 million cookie packages generating $3.5 million in proceeds to support troops’ programs, service projects and leadership initiatives.
A total of 45,505 badges including almost 10,000 outdoor skills and 9,170 STEM projects. Over 76,000 days were spent in Girl Scout camps, fostering teamwork and a connection to nature.
