The police blotter is a public record of incidents as reported by law-enforcement agencies.  All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are innocent until proven guilty.  The information printed is preliminary and subject to change.

Tuesday 4/12/2022:

• 1:31 am, 200 block of Waldo Street, sheriff responded after report of subjects on ATV and a dirt bike appear to be checking vehicles in the area.

• 6:15 am, Glenn and McNamara, sheriff responded after report of a subject walking around yelling that he is going to burn everyone’s house down.

• 7:09 am, 600 block of Highway, police responded after caller reported a subject almost hit him on the side of the road.

• 8:20 am, 600 block of L Street, police responded after caller reported a known subject broke a window.

• 9:52 am, Anchor Way and Starfish, sheriff responded after caller reported a male subject started a verbal disturbance with caller.  Subject spit on and threw a shell full of water at the caller and his passenger.

• 9:59 am, 100 block of Moore Place, sheriff responded after caller reported subjects throwing items out of her home.  Subjects do not live or own the house.  Subjects were trying to get a loan for it.  Caller has a person staying there to watch over it.

• 10:05 am, 1100 block of 9th Street, police responded after caller reported a subject stole a phone after cutting a wire.

• 10:22 am, 100 block of Rossini Lane, sheriff responded after caller reported that someone online is selling puppies and using her mother’s address for it.

• 12:29 pm, 1200 block of Pine Grove Road, sheriff responded after caller reported theft of mail.

• 12:57 pm, 1100 block Kellogg Road, sheriff responded after caller reported someone burnt her house down.

• 1:31 pm, 600 block of Highway 101, police responded after caller reported a customer lost his wallet yesterday.  Caller has video of someone taking it.

• 2:00 pm, 300 block of M Street, police responded after caller reported a subject has been possibly stalking an employee.

• 6:42 pm, 2400 block of Hodge Avenue, sheriff responded after caller reported a propane tank was taken.

Wednesday, 4/13/2022:

• 1:44 am, 400 block of M Street, police responded after staff reported a theft.

• 1:45 am, A and Condor, police responded after third party report of a possible theft that just occurred.

• 4:12 am, 200 block of Highway 101, police responded after staff reported a truck has been broken into.

• 10:03 am, 500 block of I Street, police responded after caller reported someone had broken in to her vehicle.

• 10:23 am, Grace and Parkway, sheriff responded after report of a wire and a hook hanging from a tree.

• 12:09 pm, 3500 block of Movie Lane, sheriff responded after caller reported a juvenile is threatening her juvenile daughter.

• 6:44 pm, 1000 block of 9th Street, police responded after staff requested removal of a male subject from the doorway of the business.

• 8:23 pm, 600 block of Alpine Street, fire department responded after report of chimney on fire.  Caller states no flames visible, chimney appears red in color.

Thursday, 4/14/2022:

• 12:46 AM, 700 block of 2nd Street, police responded after report of suspicious subjects with what appear to be swords seen in front of the business.

• 2:22 am, 100 block of Anchor Way, sheriff responded after caller requested removal of a male subject in a black van refusing to leave the property.

• 4:52 am, 400 block of M Street, police responded after staff reported a suspicious subject with a cart full of groceries.

• 7:23 am, Condor and Jaccard, fire department responded after report of wire down on the road.

• 8:36 am, 300 block of M Street, police responded after caller reported threats from a male subject.

• 8:41 am, Del Norte and Murphy, fire department responded after report of a low wire.

• 9:19 am, 2000 block of Highway 199, ambulance responded after report of accident.  Occupants inside, air bag deployed, no injury, white Toyota SUV Dodge Ram, 5 people.

• 3:47 pm, 200 block of Salmon Harbor Road, sheriff responded after caller reported theft.

• 4:46 pm, 200 block of Starfish Way, sheriff responded after caller reported theft of a flag, subject still in the area.

• 6:26 pm, 600 block of Childs Avenue, sheriff responded after report of a package stolen from callers front porch.

• 6:50 pm, 1300 block of Burtchell Street, sheriff responded after caller reported an ex tenant is trespassing onto her property and harassing her.

• 6:56 pm, 400 block of Highway 101, police responded after report of suspicious subject witnessed looking into vehicles in the area and attempting to open car doors.

• 7:08 pm, Joaquin and Washington, sheriff responded after report of a disturbance between two motorists.

• 7:20 pm, 900 block Washington Boulevard, sheriff responded after report of a male and female subject engaged in a disturbance in the parking lot.

• 7:35 pm, 1000 block of Huntington Street, sheriff responded after report of a wallet found in the middle of the road on Blackwell containing multiple credit cards with different names.

• 7:43 pm, 200 block of Benson Avenue, sheriff responded after report of two subjects engaged in a verbal disturbance.

• 8:09 pm, 100 Condor Street, police responded after report of a juvenile subject threatening to burn the residence down.

• 8:11 pm, 100 block of Mariners Cove, police responded after caller states she overhears a female subject talking to another subject about harming someone.

• 8:37 pm, 300 block Highway 101, police responded after report of female subject possibly injured in the area.

• 9:07 pm, 600 L Street, police responded after caller reported a female subject is on the property threatening to break window to rooms.

• 9:52 pm, 2400 block of Hodge Avenue, sheriff responded after report of a male subject trespassing on the property and banging on the front of the house.

• 11:45 pm, 400 block of M Street, police responded after report of male subject witnessed stealing bottle of alcohol.

• 11:58 pm, 400 block of Humboldt Street, sheriff responded after caller reported that her ex-boyfriend damaged her front door.

Friday, 4/15/2022:

• 12:24 am, 1300 block of Breen Street, police after report of loud engine noises possibly from a truck in the area, have continued through the night.

• 7:17 am, 1700 block of Union Street, sheriff responder after caller requested a removal of trespassers.

• 1:13 am, 2600 block of Washington Boulevard, sheriff responded after caller reported a male subject is trying to harm him.

• 10:06 am, 1000 Highway 101, sheriff responded after caller reported his debit card was stolen and transactions were made.

• 12:21 pm, 1200 Jordan Street, sheriff responded after caller reported her ex is tampering with her vehicle.

• 12:25 pm, 400 block of M Street, police responded after caller reported her vehicle was stolen sometime yesterday evening.

• 1:30 pm, South Bank Road, fire department responded after report of a car fire.  Van fully engulfed.

• 2:06 pm, 1600 Northcrest Drive, highway patrol responded after caller reported his vehicle stolen sometime last night.

• 3:15 pm, 700 block Washington, sheriff responded after caller reported stalking from her ex.

• 5:57 pm, 900 block of Highway 101, police responded after report of male subject shoving a female subject in the parking lot.

• 7:24 pm, 400 block of M Street, police responded after report of a verbal disturbance between two male subjects.

• 8:18 pm, 15800 block of Highway 101, sheriff responded after report of suspicious subject in the area who made verbal threats towards the caller and ran after his car.

• 10:33 pm, Lake Avenue, sheriff responded after caller reported a truck stuck in the sand and concerned about the tide.

• 10:34 pm, 100 block of Klamath Boulevard, sheriff responded after staff reported a male subject refusing to leave the property despite security’s attempt to remove him.

• 10:43 pm, 400 block of M Street, police responded after report of two subjects in the store who have previously been removed from the property.  One witnessed taking a soda.

• 11:00 pm, 800 block of Washington Boulevard, sheriff responded after report of male subject becoming aggressive with staff member in the lobby.

• 11:23 pm, 300 block of M Street, police responded after staff reported a male subject who took the mat from the building.

Saturday, 4/16/2022:

• 12:39 am, 200 block of Macken Avenue, sheriff responded after report of a male subject outside the building yelling for assistance.

• 2:06 am, Highway 101 and Wilson, sheriff responded after request for assistance on non-injury motor vehicle accident.  Dodge Charger off roadway.

• 2:24 am, 100 block of Alder Camp Road, sheriff responded after caller reported of harassment by subject.  States subject is currently on his property yelling at him.

• 6:35 am, 1000 block of Highway 101, sheriff responded after caller reported his phone stolen.

• 12:44 pm, 700 block of E Street, police responded after caller reported her tires were slashed within the last two days.

• 1:13 pm, 500 block of Cooper Street, police responded after report of two male juveniles with a possible fire arm.

• 1:32 pm, 100 block of Alder Camp Road, tribal police responded after caller reported subjects are stating that they will shoot the caller and her boyfriend.

• 1:44 pm, 100 block of W North, sheriff responded after report of a male subject spray painting vehicles.

• 5:00 pm, 1000 block of Highway 101, police responded after report of two males using a stolen credit card.

• 5:39 pm, Elk Valley and Maiden, highway patrol responded after report of a disabled vehicle blocking the roadway.

• 6:36 pm, 900 block of Washington Boulevard, sheriff responded after report of a subject was assaulted.

• 7:06 pm, 1000 block of McNamara Road, sheriff responded after report of a male subject prowling around a building.

• 10:46 pm, 100 block Ariel Lane, sheriff responded after caller reported they can hear a dispute and a gun shot.

• 11:34 pm, 1200 block of Northcrest Drive, sheriff responded after staff reported a male subject intoxicated.  

Sunday, 4/17/2022:

• 12:12 am, 400 block of M Street, police responded after report a male subject stole beer and liquor.

• 12:54 am, 600 block co M Street, fire department responded after report of a small fire in area.

• 6:29 am, 100 block of H Street, police responded after caller reported someone may be outside of his door attempting to get in.

• 9:43 am, 2200 block of Northcrest Drive, sheriff responded after caller reported her animal’s medication has been stolen.

• 10:30 am, 2400 block of Cushing Avenue, sheriff responded after caller reported a known subject came into the home and assaulted her.  

Subject was no longer there when caller had called.

• 10:43 am, 100 block of Skinny Lane, sheriff responded after caller reported that her four year old daughter is missing.

• 11:10 am, 2500 block of Peveler Avenue, sheriff responded after caller reported his wife is missing.  Has not had her medication, upset about her medical care.

• 1:42 pm, 900 block of Vipond Court, fire department responded after report of large amounts of smoke and possible fire in the area.  Possibly behind the caller’s house.

• 1:58 pm, 300 block of M Street, police responded after caller report a juvenile employee has had ongoing harassment and stalking.

• 3:23 pm, 300 block of Highway 101, police responded after caller reported someone had stolen cards and cash out of his wallet.

• 10:02 pm, 200 block of Maiden Lane, Sheriff responded after caller reported a male subject punched him in the face.

•    10:31 pm, 2400 block of Quinlan Ave, sheriff responded after third party reported a subject is trying to steal items out of a logging truck.

• 10:41 pm, Parkway and Ferndale, sheriff responded after caller reported a vehicle parked in the roadway.  Occupants in a verbal dispute.

Monday, 4/18/2022:

• 6:08 am, 1100 block of Oregon Street, police responded after caller reported a subject is emitting a sound that is making caller ill.

• 9:41 am, 100 block of G Street, police responded after caller reported someone may have gotten into her warehouse.

• 9:48 am, 2600 block of Washington Boulevard, sheriff responded after caller reported a cell phone was left when the building was broken into.

• 9:49 am, 500 block of 1st Street, sheriff responded after report of subjects had broken into the school and slept there over the weekend.

• 10:23 am, 7900 block of Baily Road, sheriff responded after caller reported someone broke in and stole some meat.

• 11:09 am, Crescent Beach Overlook, sheriff responded after report of theft from a construction site.

• 11:17 am, 2400 Cushing Ave, sheriff responded after caller reported a subject stole his dog.

• 11:37 am, Highway 199 and Oregon Mountain, sheriff responded after caller reported theft of road equipment.

• 11:38 am, 1000 block of Highway 101, police responded after caller reported that she is being threatened.

• 12:30 pm, 1100 block of Highway 101, sheriff responded after caller reported a subject keeps breaking into her ex house and attacking him.

•    2:59 pm, 200 block of Highway 101, police responded after caller reported two subjects in jackets stole some items and left the store.

•    3:08 pm, 1000 block of Highway 101, sheriff responded after caller reported two subjects stole some items then left.

•    4:18 pm, 900 block of Pacific Ave, police responded after caller reported he was just attacked by a known subject.

•    6:34 pm, 1100 block of Highway 101, sheriff responded after caller reported a female in a brown Tahoe stole everything out of her mailbox.
