Wednesday, Dec. 16

• At 4:15 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of L Street after a caller reported hearing people in the room next to her yelling and banging things around.

• At 7:35 a.m., police responded to the area of Northcrest and Highway 101 after a caller reported someone lying on the sidewalk covered by a white sheet.

• At 8:33 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of Highway 101 after a caller said a woman had been asking different people to go to her room.

• At 8:56 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3400 block of Movie Lane after a caller said her daughter called and claimed her husband was breaking furniture and threatening children.

• At 10:17 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1300 block of McNamara after a caller said she was delivering packages and a man opened the door and pointed a gun at her.

• At 10:54 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of McNamara after a caller said a neighbor was being aggressive and a second caller said the same man tried to start a fight.

• At 11:33 a.m., police responded to the 1100 block of 3rd Street after two callers reported a man throwing rocks at passing cars.

• At 12:48 p.m., police responded to the 400 block of H Street after a caller reported a known man was acting erratic and saying he wants to harm himself.

• At 2:04 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Bertsch Avenue after a caller said someone keeps stealing his mail and other items from his property.

• At 2:33 p.m., police responded to the 400 block of M Street after a caller reported someone stole several bottles of alcohol.

• At 3:19 p.m., police responded to the 600 block of Pacific Avenue after a caller reported someone broke into his car through an open window and stole items.

• At 8:34 p.m., police responded to the 1000 block of 9th Street after a caller said someone backed into his car and left.

Thursday, Dec. 17

• At 5:31 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of 2nd Street to remove a woman who had thrown her stuff around the room.

• At 6:42 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of Pacific Avenue after a caller reported someone was yelling for help.

• At 7:50 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1400 block of Dodane Avenue after a caller said items were stolen from her car and backyard.

• At 7:53 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2400 block of Dodane Avenue after a caller said his mailbox was broken into and a T-shirt stolen.

• At 8:05 a.m., police responded to the 1200 block of 9th Street after a caller reported a man was swinging a knife around.

• At 11:07 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Martin Street after a caller reported a man was swinging a machete around.

• At 11:49 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Douglas and Hoover Street after a caller said she may have found human remains.

• At 2:32 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the last turn on Pebble Beach after a caller reported someone he knew drove up, punched him in the face and drove away.

• At 3:12 p.m., police responded to the 1300 block of California after a caller said someone removed her trailer from the property.

• At 3:23 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Charm Lane after a caller reported someone came into the residence and pushed her roommate.

• At 3:59 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 300 block of Arnett after a caller said someone broke into a storage unit and stole items.

• At 4:38 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Waldo Street after a caller said her special-needs daughter was assaulted by several juveniles.

• At 9:31 p.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Pine Grove Road after a caller reported her daughter was inside a house and people inside would not allow her to leave.

Friday, Dec. 18

• At 4:13 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to milepost 34 on Highway 101 to a report of a vehicle upside down in a ditch.

• At 7:30 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of 9th Street after a caller asked police to remove someone from her home.

• At 8:49 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Martin Street after a caller said a man inside was ripping out all the wiring.

• At 11:47 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Macken Avenue after a caller reported someone was threatening her.

• At 12:30 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Yonkers Avenue after a caller reported someone she knew was threatening her.

• At 1:47 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the harbor in Crescent City after a caller said a man was hitting a woman.

• At 2:33 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Lake Earl Drive after a caller asked for a welfare check on someone who had a suitcase full of dogs.

• At 2:47 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of El Dorado Street after a caller said someone was walking down the road swinging a machete.

• At 6 p.m., the Del Norte Ambulance responded to the 200 block of Essex Street after a caller said her uncle shot her in the arm with a pellet gun.

• At 7:57 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of 9th Street after a caller said the store stole money from her.

• At 9:17 p.m., police responded to the 1000 block of 9th Street after a caller reported two vehicles had their tires slashed.

• At 9:50 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 300 block of Grant Avenue after a caller said an unknown person came into their home and would not leave.

• At 10:20 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1200 block of Harrold Street after a caller reported a woman slashed his tires.

• At 11:22 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to Pacific Ocean after the Coast Guard reported a vessel coming that way with engine problems. Someone on the boat said the captain said he would let the boat sink before calling the Coast Guard.

Saturday, Dec. 19

• At 4:07 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 300 block of Indian Road after a caller reported he was robbed by two men with guns.

• At 6:57 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Harding Street after a caller reported someone smashed her front window and broke down her door.

• At 7:24 a.m., sheriff’s deputies received a report from a woman who said her son has assaulted her.

• At 9:48 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1300 block of Gasquet Flat after a caller said someone stole his ignition from his car.

• At 11:50 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2400 block of Peveler after a caller reported her bank account was hacked.

• At 12:32 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 900 block of Washington Boulevard after a caller said someone left their children alone in a vehicle.

• At 12:55 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1100 block of Highway 101 after a caller said someone might be waving a gun around.

• At 1:54 p.m., police responded to the 300 block of Highway 101 after a caller said someone shoved another person into a van.

• At 2:29 p.m., police responded to the 800 block of H Street after a caller said someone stole a wallet from a car.

• At 2:31 p.m., police responded to the 500 block of Highway 101 after a caller said his car was stolen sometime in the last few days.

• At 4:28 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2400 block of Howland Hill Road after a caller said she had cut herself.

• At 10:23 p.m., police responded to the 400 block of 4th Street after a caller said her sister was drunk and pounding on her windows.

• At 11:38 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 500 block of Valentine Street after a caller said two men were threatening him.

Sunday, Dec. 20

• At 10:57 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Joaquin and McNamara after a caller said a woman was walking down the street with a machete.

• At 11:15 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of Scenic Creek after a caller said someone broke her car window.

• At 1:05 p.m., police responded to the 300 block of L Street after a caller said a statue in front of the address had been stolen.

• At 1:34 p.m., sheriff’s deputies received a report of packages being stolen in the 300 block of Del Monte Street.

• At 3:30 p.m., police responded to the 500 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported a man in the area was exposing himself to traffic.

• At 4:53 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Butte Street after a caller said someone ran out of a church with a package.

• At 5:14 p.m., police responded to the area of Highway 101 and 4th Street after a caller reported a man walking in and out of traffic.

• At 5:38 p.m., California Highway Patrol troopers responded to the area of Fresno and Macken after a call said a black motorcycle was parked in the middle of the road.

• At 5:39 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3400 block of Movie Lane after a caller said her sister’s boyfriend had punched her in the face.

• At 6:18 p.m., the Crescent City Fire Department responded to the area of Elk Valley and State Street to a report of a delivery truck on fire.

• At 9:44 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard after multiple callers reported hearing a gunshot.

• At 10:28 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Starfish Way after a caller reported seeing a man break a window of a woman’s car.

Monday, Dec. 21

• At 1:27 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2200 block of Harmony Lane after a caller said her daughter was suicidal and left the house after cutting her wrists.

• At 6:17 a.m., police responded to the 100 block of Mason Street after a caller said a suspicious person was standing on the corner holding a machete.

• At 6:45 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 700 block of Highway 101 after a man said a woman became irate and tried to hit him with a baseball bat because he was looking for recyclables in the trash.

• At 7:58 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were notified after a man walked into the jail and asked to be booked in. The man said he had committed no crimes so he was going to find a crime to commit.

• At 10:09 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 300 block of Humboldt Road after a caller reported someone broke into a house he was working on and stole all his tools.

• At 11:24 a.m., police responded to the 500 block of A Street after a caller reported someone stole a large sculpture of a turtle from his yard.

• At 12:55 p.m., California Highway Patrol troopers responded to the 800 block of Washington Boulevard after a caller reported a woman with a wheelchair in the middle of the road.

• At 2:53 p.m., police responded to 5th Street after a caller said a man was attempting to start a fire.

• At 3:47 p.m., sheriff’s deputies received a call from someone who claimed her phone was stolen at Walmart.

• At 4:12 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Boyds Way after a caller said her brother broke a window at her home.

• At 5:53 p.m., police responded to a business on 5th Street after a caller said someone stole a carton of cigarettes from behind the counter.

• At 8:54 p.m., police responded to the area of A and 5th Street after a caller reported a juvenile in the roadway.

Tuesday, Dec. 22

• At 1:03 a.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Huntington Street after a caller reported a man with a bloody face came onto their porch and asked for help.

• At 5:46 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of Scenic Creek after a caller said a man and woman next door were fighting and the woman was trying to break the windows at the home.

• At 9:18 a.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Marshall after a caller said a patient was assaulting the staff.

• At 11:24 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of L Street after a caller said a customer refused to wear a mask.

• At 12:30 p.m., police responded to the area of Highway 101 and Elk Valley after a caller said a woman was walking down the road wearing nothing but shoes.

• At 12:41 p.m., police responded to the 1200 block of California Street after a caller said they witnessed someone steal a package from their neighbor’s home.
