Monday, Nov. 16

• At 3:49 a.m., the Del Norte ambulance responded to the 3100 block of Earl Drive to assist a 72-year-old man who was breathing but not responsive after receiving chemotherapy.

• At 6:53 a.m., the highway patrol responded to mile marker 3 on Highway 199 to check on a vehicle in a ditch. Officers said the accident did not appear to be recent. All the lights were off, and the vehicle was not running.

• At 8:45 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Prince Island Court after a caller reported a male subject was plugging a power cord into her grandmother's house and stealing electricity.

• At 8:50 a.m., the Del Norte Ambulance responded to the 2400 block of Elk Valley Road to a call of a vehicle accident where the vehicle struck a pole.

• At 9:44 a.m., Crescent City police responded to the 200 block of Highway 101 to a report that someone broke a window at a local business.

• At 10:17 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Prince Island Court after a caller said a person who was already warned by deputies to stay off their property returned.

• At 12:09 p.m., police responded to the 700 block of 9th Street when a juvenile caller said they were being kidnapped. When called back, an older juvenile said a younger sibling must have been playing a prank.

• At 12:21 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1200 block of Harrold Street when a caller said her ex vandalized her vehicles.

• At 1:23 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive after a caller said he found hypodermic needles that needed to be destroyed.

• At 3:23 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Starfish Way after a caller reported that their building was broken into over the weekend.

• At 4 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 600 block of Humboldt Road after a caller said a subject was on their property in violation of a restraining order.

• At 4:25 p.m., police responded to the 600 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported a female subject shoplifted several items from a store.

• At 6:41 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 200 block of Kirby Street after a caller reported she was granted child custody, but the father is refusing to give them to her.

• At 7:08 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 600 block of 5th Street after a caller said his girlfriend said she was in trouble and would not answer her phone.

• At 8:35 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Embarcadero after a caller reported a man was trying to break into her shed.

• At 10:38 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1900 block of Northcrest after a caller said she heard a loud explosion and now smelled something unusual.

Tuesday, Nov. 17

• At 1:40 a.m., a welfare check was requested on Pacific Avenue after the caller said his oxygen alarm was going off.

• At 2:03 a.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Washington Boulevard to assist with an emergency room patient who was agitated.

• At 2:21 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to Del Mar Road after a caller reported a prowler.

• At 2:54 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported seeing a male and a female attempting to break into a trailer.

• At 3:37 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the railroad after a caller reported a woman was screaming. The caller said the woman said she likes to drink and take pills until she passes out.

• At 4:40 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 2500 block of Old Mill Road after a caller reported hearing noises at her back door and saying she thought someone was trying to break in.

• At 8:15 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 6700 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported two mountain bikes had been stolen.

• At 11:10 a.m., the Del Norte Ambulance responded to the 2200 block of Evergreen Lane after a caller reported he accidentally shot himself while cleaning a pellet gun.

• At 11:50 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 3100 block of Parkway Drive after a caller reported he caught his neighbor looking in his window. The caller said after confronting the neighbor, her boyfriend became irate and tried to start a fight.

• At 1:33 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive after a caller reported a woman lit a pile of clothes on fire.

• At 2:12 p.m., the Del Norte Ambulance responded to the 1000 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported a motor vehicle accident with the vehicle rolled over.

• At 4:03 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1500 block of California Street after a caller reported someone might be breaking into a building nearby.

• At 5:22 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Reynolds Lane after a caller reported someone pried open his mailbox and stole his mail.

• At 5:46 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 900 block of El Dorado Street after a caller reported hearing an explosion.

• At 7:58 p.m., the Del Norte Ambulance responded to the 600 block of McNamara Avenue after a caller reported a female took an entire bottle of medication.

• At 9:38 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2200 block of Harmony Lane after a caller said her daughter was making a mess and threatening her.

Wednesday, Nov. 18

• At 1:59 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 300 block of Indian Road in Smith River after a caller reported hearing five to six gunshots.

• At 2:52 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 900 block of Inyo Street after a caller reported a man was yelling at his door and asking to come in.

• At 4:57 a.m., police responded to the 300 block of M street after a caller reported a man was yelling and staring at employees.

• At 8:52 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 800 block of Washington Boulevard after emergency room staff reported a patient came in a claimed they were drugged by a neighbor.

• At 9:40 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 14000 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported her ex was causing a disturbance at her property and broke a window.

• At 10:05 a.m., police reported to the 600 block of L Street after a caller said a friend made suicidal statements and was not answering the phone.

• At 10:12 a.m., police responded to the 1100 block of 3rd Street after a caller reported a woman attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill.

• At 12:23 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Waldo Street after a caller reported someone broke into his shop and stole several items.

• At 2:51 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Modoc Street after a caller reported her sister found a bone on the beach.

• At 3:40 p.m., the Klamath Fire Department responded to Chapman Street for a report of a vehicle on fire.

• At 4:07 p.m., sheriff’s deputies detained one subject for shoplifting.

• At 5:23 p.m., the Del Norte Ambulance responded to Highway 199 for a report of a vehicle accident.

• At 6:47 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to 900 block of Washington Boulevard after a caller reported someone was following him.

• At 10:17 p.m., troopers responded to the 600 block of 5th Street after a caller reported a person in their vehicle refused to get out.

• At 10:26 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Macken Avenue after a caller reported her grandmother is being financially abused by a subject.

Thursday, Nov. 19

• At 7:32 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 12500 block of Mouth of Smith River Road after a caller reported her boyfriend and son were fighting and one of them had a board.

• At 9:46 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 700 block of Humboldt Street after a caller reported she had been told someone was squatting in her late father’s house.

• At 3:20 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of M Street after a caller reported subjects outside were acting strange and dancing around a car.

• At 4:59 p.m., police responded to the area of Front Street and K Street after a caller reported a group of juveniles were hitting an older man.

• At 9:09 p.m., police responded to the 1000 block of Pacific Avenue after a caller reported people were yelling at and kicking a dog.

Friday, Nov. 20

• At 9:21 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Temple Street after a caller reported someone was setting up a tent on her property.

• At 12:24 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the intersection of Life and Washington Boulevard after a caller said her daughter saw someone walking down the street carrying what looked to be a rifle.

• At 3:50 p.m., police responded to the area of 2nd Street and C Street after a caller reported a large group of juveniles were fighting.

• At 7:13 p.m., police responded to the 200 block of Price Mall after a caller reported a subject threw a rock through her window.

Saturday, Nov. 21

• At 7:27 a.m., police responded to the 1000 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported someone who had been threatening them was knocking on the door.

• At 10:03 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Olive Street after a caller asked for a welfare check, saying he had been unable to contact his sister for a month.

• At 10:39 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Cooper Avenue after a caller reported a subject walking around with a machete.

• At 4:18 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Dodane and Darby streets after a caller said dogs in the area were killing chickens.

• At 6:31 p.m., sheriff’s deputies reported to the 200 block of Waldo Street after a caller reported someone stole packages off her porch.

• At 7:30 p.m., officers and the Del Norte Ambulance reported to the area of Old Mill and Heights Access after a car was noticed upside down in the bushes with one person trapped inside.

Sunday, Nov. 22

• At 3:37 a.m., the Del Norte Ambulance reported to Highway 199 in Gasquet to reports of a single-vehicle rollover accident.

• At 9:32 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of State and Elk Valley Road after a caller reported someone was trying to take her grandson away while his mom is in jail.

• At 11:32 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 400 block of Cummins Road after a caller said her estranged husband is trying to take the trailer she lives in and was threatening to drive away with the trailer while she was inside.

• At 2:31 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Calaveras and Pacific after a caller reported seeing a man jump out of a car and a woman throw a bottle at him.

• At 4:03 p.m., police responded to the 400 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported that someone tried to hit her with their vehicle.

• At 5:11 p.m., the Crescent City Fire Department responded to the 400 block of Cooper Avenue to reports of a structure fire.
