The police blotter is a public record of incidents as reported by law-enforcement agencies. All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are innocent until proven guilty. The information printed is preliminary and subject to change.

Tuesday 3/8/2022:

· At 12:57 am, police responded to the 700 block of 11th Street after caller reports she believes someone is in her house.

· At 2:49 am, ambulance responded to the location of Highway 100 mile post marker 3.5 after report of motor vehicle accident. Garbage truck over turned.

· At 6:33 am, police responded to the 600 block of Highway 101 after caller reported someone got into his truck and stole some items.

· At 8:15 am, police responded to the 900 block of H Street after caller requested removal of a subject that is using a butane lighter next to the propane tank.

· At 10:10 am, sheriff responded to the location of Del Norte County area after caller reported getting a phone call from a male subject stating he was with her children at their school.

· At 10:31 am, fire department responded to the 600 block of M Street after report of fire near tractor supply. Lots of black smoke.

· At 12:30 pm, sheriff responded to the 100 block of Elk Valley Road after caller reported an arrow was shot through his storage unit and ruined his couch.

· At 1:52 pm, sheriff responded to the 100 block of Citizens Dock Road after report of a boat engine on fire in the harbor near the entrance.

· At 2:02 pm, police responded to the 100 block of Condor Street after caller reported her house was broken into.

· At 2:58 pm, sheriff responded to the 1200 block of Glenn Street after caller reported her daughter was jumped at school.

· At 3:31 pm, police responded to the 100 block of Condor Street after caller reported her credit card was stolen and she knows who did it.

· At 5:12 pm, sheriff responded to the 800 block of Washington Boulevard after caller reported his bicycle was stolen.

· At 6:06 pm, police responded to the 1000 block of E Street after caller reported he was assaulted.

· At 6:36 pm, sheriff responded to the 1300 block of Pebble Beach Drive after caller reported that his son’s bike was stolen.

Wednesday, 3/9/2022:

· At 10:05 am, police responded to the 300 block of M Street after caller reported that a male subject exposed himself and defecated on their property.

· At 11:23 am, police responded to the 600 block of Highway 101 after report of a forged prescription.

· At 11:38 am, fire department responded to the 2500 block of Elk Valley Cross Road after report of fire in shed/shop.

· At 1:40 pm, sheriff responded to the 37500 block of Redwood Highway after report of a disturbance. Caller reported that she attempted to leave when her boyfriend came at her with an axe and hit her vehicle with it.

· At 2:18 pm, sheriff responded to the 800 block of Washington Boulevard after caller reported a male subject destroying their plants.

· At 2:41 pm, police responded to the 800 block of H Street after caller reported a male subject is making statements that he is going to hurt the caller with a fire arm.

· At 5:29 pm, sheriff responded to the 100 block of Darby Street after caller reported her neighbors drove a semi through their property.

Thursday, 3/10/2022:

· At 5:29 am, police responded to the 400 block of M Street after report of male subject who stole items from the store and is now parked on the side of the building.

· At 12:21 pm, sheriff responded to the 100 block of Pau Hanna Place after caller reported his ex is at his house making threatening statements about burning his house down and breaking his windows.

· At 1:49 pm, sheriff responded to the 200 block of Highway 199 after caller reported a male subject stole her purse.

· At 2:40 pm, police responded to the 300 block of M Street after caller reported that an officer threatened and harassed him.

· At 4:45 pm, sheriff responded to the 2700 block of Oliver Avenue after caller reported her son was assaulted by two other males.

· At 6:27 pm, sheriff responded to the 500 block of Highland Street after report of an aggressive dog who has been lunging at children in the neighborhood several times over the course of several days.

· At 6:56 pm, sheriff responded to the 300 block of Skookum Lane after report of theft. Caller reported a playground that was on a property that was formerly his, has been removed without being contacted first.

· At 9:52 pm, police responded to the 100 block of Elk Valley Road after report of a physical disturbance. Approximately four subjects hitting another subject.

Friday, 3/11/2022:

· At 6:36 am, sheriff responded to the 600 block of Bertsch Avenue after caller reported a male subject broke her van window with her inside.

· At 7:07 am, police responded to the 400 block of M Street after report of a male subject threatening to fight staff and customers.

· At 8:08 am, police responded to the 300 block of Highway 101 after caller reported a male subject threatened to fight him over not getting a late check out.

· At 9:02 am, sheriff responded to the 800 block of Small Avenue after report of a disturbance involving a large group of juveniles, in the wooded area.

· At 12:32 pm, police responded to the 1000 block of E Street after caller reported bullying.

· At 1:04 pm, sheriff responded to the 2200 block of Lagoon Avenue after report of a disturbance. Caller reported her neighbor is harassing her over a generator.

· At 2:20 pm, sheriff responded to the 2000 block of Northcrest Drive after report of scam/fraud. Caller reported loans in his name and phones been hacked.

· At 2:34 pm, police responded to the 800 block of 3rd Street after report of fraud. Caller reported a subject cashed a check in her name.

· At 2:49 pm, sheriff responded to the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive after caller reported a male subject threatened to come back with a firearm.

· At 2:51 pm, sheriff responded to the 500 block of Washington Boulevard after report of a male subject spray painting south side of the building.

· At 4:13 pm, sheriff responded to the 700 block of Oak Road after caller reported his ex-girlfriend hit him with her vehicle.

· At 6:05 pm, sheriff responded to the 2500 block of Old Mill Road after caller reported the passenger window of his car was broken.

· At 8:13 pm, sheriff responded to the 100 block of Waldo Street after caller reported her brother is being harassed for some time and just had the window of his car broken.

· At 9:05 pm, police responded to the 9900 block of B Street Pier after report of several juvenile subjects engaged in a physical disturbance.

· At 9:27 pm, police were flagged down in the 1300 block of J Street and advised a house was being broken into.

Saturday, 3/12/2022:

· At 2:14 am, fire department responded to the 900 block of Washington Boulevard after report of a fire next to a tree near garden center side of Walmart parking lot.

· At 2:41 am, police responded to the 400 block of M Street after report of two female subjects who took cosmetics and put them in their purse.

· At 6:50 am, police responded to the 400 block of M Street after report of an assault on the delivery driver.

· At 10:19am, fire department responded to the location of Lake Earl and Redhawk Drive after report of brush fire. Caller sees flames.

· At 10:57 am, police were flagged down in the 500 block of Highway 101 after and advised a subject wearing dark clothing stole a backpack.

· At 2:36 pm, sheriff responded to the 500 block of Highway 101 after caller reported she is behind a vehicle that stole from Home Depot.

· At 7:56 pm, sheriff responded to the 700 block of Washington Boulevard after report of suspicious circumstances. Security on scene hears loud noises that sound like people in the rafters.

Sunday, 3/13/2022:

· At 6:47 am, fire department responded to the 5500 block of Lake Earl Drive after report of a live wire on fire and a transmitter.

· At 10:44 pm, sheriff responded to the location of Humboldt and Boyet Road after caller reported she was approached by an unknown male, he told her that her vehicle was on fire and stole her purse.

Monday, 3/14/2022:

· At 3:39 am, police responded to the 100 block of Becky Court after caller reported his garage has been burglarized.

· At 9:54 am, sheriff responded to the Del Norte County area after caller reported that his accounts were accessed and money was taken.

· At 12:30 pm, police responded to the 100 block of L Street after caller reported subjects stole her items from her room.

· At 12:31 pm, police responded to the Smith River area after report of ID theft.

· At 2:24 pm, police responded to the 100 block of Price Mall after report that someone had left a bag of pill bottles on top of the dumpster.

· At 3:44 pm, police responded to the location of Front and 101 after report of subjects chasing other subjects in a truck.

· At 11:37 pm, police responded to the 100 block of Condor Street after caller reported her daughter is intoxicated and threatening family with a knife.
