Tuesday, Oct. 27

At 6:41 a.m., officers made a traffic stop at Chevron South / Aztec Grill / Redwood Ma on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101 near Crescent City. A warning was given.

At 8:47 a.m., caller reported threats on the 13500 block of Ocean View Drive in Smith River.

At 12:50 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City.

At 2:10 p.m., caller reported trespassing on the 300 block of Buzzini Road near Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 2:55 p.m., caller reported a theft on the 2400 block of Cushing Avenue near Crescent City. The report was unfounded.

At 3:19 p.m., caller reported fraud on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City.

At 5:25 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 1000 block of Keller Avenue near Crescent City. Civil advice was given.

At 6:45 p.m., caller reported fraud near Crescent City.

At 10:04 p.m., caller reported a domestic disturbance on the 1100 block of Murphy Avenue in Crescent City. A report was taken.

Arrests

At 5:45 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested James L C Crofton, 34, at 9 and K. Charges: Prohibited person own/possess/etc ammunition/etc; Failure to appear on misdemeanor charge; Obstruct/resist/etc public/peace officer/emergency med tech - Simple.

At 10:50 p.m., Oscar Hernandez Lepez, 32 was arrested.

At 11:43 p.m., Jessica Gelino, 40 was arrested.

At 11:45 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Jessica Eberhart, 40, on M Street.
