The Spectrum store at 1286 Northcrest Drive in Crescent City is closing its counter service the end of March.
All other services remain open. Those customers seeking counter service will be directed to the Coos Bay and Grants Pass stores.
Del Norte County Chief Administrative Officer Neal Lopez and Crescent City City Manager Eric Wier were both contacted by The Triplicate to see if the Spectrum franchise agreement both have contains any language which calls for local counter service to be provided throughout each governance jurisdiction.
No immediate response from either the city or county was available at press time.
