The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Coastal Del Norte, Northern Humboldt Coast and the Mendocino Coast.

A storm system will bring periods of moderate to heavy rain Friday and Saturday. Locally gusty south winds of 25 to 35 mph are possible.
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory, in effect from 10 p.m. Thursday to noon Friday for Del Norte Interior, Southwestern Humbold, Northern Humboldt Interior and Southern Humboldt Interior counties.
The Wind Advisory is currently in effect late tonight above 1,500 feet elevation. Gusty southerly winds up to 40 to 50 mph across exposed ridges will precede a front on Friday.
