Dangerous beach conditions are expected late tonight through early Tuesday morning as a strong front impacts the region.
Very high and chaotic seas will result in dangerously large breaking waves of 28 to 32 ft along area beaches.
Waves will inundate beaches, surge into normally dry areas, and push large logs up the beaches. Infrastructure damage and significant beach erosion can be expected.
Exercise extreme caution if you risk going to area beaches. It is strongly advised to stay away from beaches during this storm.
