Billy Dean Wigley, Sr., 85, passed away in Medford, Oregon on August 15, 2022. He was born in Hamburg, Arkansas on August 27, 1936. He was a 70 year resident of Del Norte County. Prior to his retirement, he was a contractor.
Graveside services will be held at the IOOF Memorial Cemetery on Friday, August 26 at 11:00 am.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wier’s Mortuary Chapel.
