Born on March 30th, 1927 in Kenton Oklahoma. Died on June 13th, 2022 in her home in Brookings/Harbor, Oregon. A Celebration of Life for "Jackie" Smith will be held Wednesday August 24, at 1:00 pm at Fely's Cafe. In lieu of flowers please donate to Shriners Children's Hospital in Portland.
