Obituaries
Bill was born in Tulare CA to George and Dorothy Witt. At 18 he joined the USAF. During his service he spent several years in Spain where he met his wife Matilde, they had 5 children. He was also deployed to Vietnam for 4 years. After 20 years of service, he became a corrections officer for CA eventually settling in Brookings in 1989. After retiring he spent his time fishing, making furniture and spending time with family and friends. Bill is preceded in death by wife Matilde, son George and son William. He is survived by daughter Maria (James) son Huston (Allison) son Donald, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
