A Scene in a Sideshow
I saw a dog with such large eyes,
You’d think someone might realize
That he had stretched them with his hands
Just like the stretch of rubber bands
until they were so big and round
That scarce could any eyes be found
The size of his, I would dare say,
I bet they will snap back some day.
