Please, sir. The First Amendment states, “… no law respecting AN establishment of religion” (noun), NOT THE establishment of religion (verb). Which begs the question, “Is the Jewish State an “establishment of religion?”

James Madison responds: The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States declares, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” The Constitution of the United States, of course, applies to the United States of America, the States within, and its territories beyond, not to foreign states or governments.
