Michael Charles Beeman, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Christopher Henry Carpenter, 60, of Smith River, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and possession of an open container and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $1,001.

Ryan Andrew Crites , 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of conspiracy and was sentenced to two years of probation,120 days in jail and a fine of $1,190.

James Steven Freniere, 54, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. In a second case, he was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Shawn Michael Lawrence, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a shopping cart and was sentenced to one year of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $485.

Louis Chester Martin, 67, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Jeffery Allen Mathison Jr., 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstruct/resist executive officer and resists/obstruct/delay officer and was sentenced three years of probation, 300 days in jail and a fine of $1,860.

Philip Leon Rice, 70, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Alonzo Leon Riley, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to one year of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $630. In a separate case, he was convicted of criminal failure to appear in court and was sentenced to one day in jail and a fine of $220.

Lee Curtis Sanders, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Kayla Hope Schnobrich, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of batter on a custodial officer and was sentenced to two years of probation, 270 days in jail and a fine of $370. In a second case, she was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 270 days in jail and a fine of $1,190.

Shannon Deanne Stewart, 48, of Crescent  City, was convicted of violating probation two times and was sentenced to 25 days in jail.

Nicholas Thane Tomljenovic, 35, of Gilbert, AZ., was convicted of resists/delays or obstructs and an unleashed dog and was sentenced to a fine of $709.

Steven Laray Willet, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,274.

Levi Tylor Williams, 25, of Brookings, OR., was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
